Morgan explained that the crystal in the town square every few months would lose its light and a barrier that protected the town would fall.
He explained that until recently the knights of the town would periodically venture out into an underground cavern in the middle of a lake and bring back orbs that would restore the crystal's light.
However, in their most recent venture the knights never returned.
Morgan asked us to go out to this underground cavern and find these orbs that could restore the crystal.
A prompt then appeared {quest: retrieve the crystal's light - [accept: yes/no].}
We accepted the quest, and afterwards Morgan invited us into Sanctuary to rest.
Inside the sanctuary and toward the front was an empty altar. Within «M.A.O.» sanctuaries were used to pledge one's self to a [concordance], one of eleven religious or spiritual groups.
These groups were the:

[Alkarnor, The World Spirit Guard]
[Servants of the Divine]
[Envoys of the Void]
[The Enlighteners]
[Excieology/ Awakeners]
[The Way of Sanguine]
[Path of the Light Bearers]
[Cultic Worshippers]
Eachof these groups offered unique rewards and bonuses for joining one of them.
