After resting I spotted a shimmering item. Picking it up I went wide eyed.
The item was the [Diamond Shard], this item was part of a quest to craft the [Rite of Katharosia] a jewel that allows players to use «insight» at [crystal springs] to increases potion effectiveness.
After Xuelian and I headed back to town. On the way back to town we hunted monsters to get money to level up and upgrade our gear.
When we came back to town we stopped by the sanctuary, completing the quest with Morgan.
Afterwards we then stopped by Agimund's shop, to see what we could craft. To our surprise he had a «?» above his head. Talking to him he lifted his head.
"You! I sense a shard of the soul. Please, let me see it," I received a prompt to give him the shard.
He commented saying that when all four shards are brought together it can create an object that can cleanse tainted waters.
