After about ten minutes, Xuelian, and Cyrus came back. They had an unusual, odd look on their face.

It was obvious without a word needing to be said.

Even if this was just virtual reality, and even if you know others, and youself are safe, it can be hard to attack another player.

There were stories that when the game first came out for the first two years there was no «PVP» because of how real it felt to fight other players. It took many years before the first «Ganker» showed up.

"You two alright?" Leilianna asked. I couldn't form the words.

"Let's just get this over with." Cyrus said coldly.

Xuelian didn't say a word, she kept a straight face but I could tell it was bothering her. I moved closer to her without saying anything.

It's not like I didn't want to.

The words I could have said never formed, in my head or out my mouth.

Xuelian then got even closer, to the point she was leaning on me. I was taken aback. Though I still kept silent.
