"Hello, my fellow players. Those of you here are the top players who have gathered here to stop those reckless players from cause more disruptions and damage to each and every single player trying to beat this event.
I have a special task to those of you here. Among those players who have come here to try to end the chaos cause by these aggressive players, several have attended this meeting in an attempt to further block our path to ending this as peacefully as possible.
You all are characterized by your skill as players and not the power given to you by the game's systems.
Therefore each of you, should these players refuse to back down, will be tasked with taking down each player who has tried to bar our path. We have recorded a little over 50 names, each have been recorded under the offence of multiple harassment violations.
Your job will also be to take down any other players attempting to cause confusion and disruption."
