"Thank you for meeting up with us again, Mr. Ford. I hope that you'll be able to review our proposal this time. We really wanted to be part of your company as to we have faith in your capability of running and making your family's business more successful." sabi kay Daniel ng isa sa mga clients niya.

Ngumiti siya saka iniabot nakipag-kamay siya sa lalaki.

"You're welcome, Mr. Buenavista. It's my pleasure to have this talk with all of you too. I hope we can work with each other soon. Just send in all your proposals to my secretary Martha so that I can review your work." pinal niyang sabi.

Pagkatapos ng napakahabang meeting kanina sa wakas ay nagkaroon na rin sila ng pagkakaunawaan. This meeting should've been done beofre but then he kept on postponing it because it was during the time where he had a hard time coping up with his lose of his beloved woman, Kathryn.

Ayaw naman niyang mahaluan ng personal niyang buhay ang kanyang trabaho. When it comes to Kath, hindi niya kayang isipin ang nobya kahit pa sa trabaho. His parents gave him a lot of advises in the past weeks.

Telling him to just stop chasing her and give her more time. Baka daw kasi ay mas lalong lumayo ang loob sa kanya ni Kath. It's enough for them to know that Kath is safe and is under the care of a good man.

Though it was killing him a million times knowing that another man was taking good care of her and not him, ay nagawa pa rin niyang magparaya. Hinayaan niya si Kath na makapag-isip. Ayaw niyang mapressure itong bumalik sa kanila lalo pa't alam niyang sa mga pinagdaanan nito ay baka nawalan na ito ng tiwala kahit kanino.

He loves her too much that he doesn't want her to hate him. True enough na gusto na niyang bumalik ang dalaga pero gusto niyang bumalik ito ng kusa sa loob nito at hindi pinipilit. He has his ways of looking after her kahit pa maayos ang pagbabantay rito ni Khalil.

Good thing that they have a common friend at nagawa nilang magkausap ng masinsinan ni Khalil. He frankly told him that he wanted Kath to come back to him. And like professional and civilized people hindi naman nagmatigas si Khalil.

He knew that the guy has feelings for his fiancé. Who wouldn't? Kathryn is such a sweetheart and any man can fall for her kahit pa wala itong gawin.

Minsan ay natatakot din siyang isipin na baka tuluyan ng mahulog ang loob ni Kath sa lalaki dahil sa laging araw-araw ang mga itong magkasama. He could sense that Khalil is a good man. Tuloy ay nakaramdam siya ng insecurity. His afraid that he might lose her for good. Pero nilakasan pa rin niya ang loob niya.

He has faith on her. He believes that Kathryn still loves him. If she's going to tell him that she loves Khalil then he'll deal with it because ayaw naman niyang pigilan ito sa pagkakataong maging masaya ang nobya.

It would be his death but he'd rather see her happy with someone she likes and loves rather than force Kathryn on something that she doesn't want. Magpaparaya siya kung kinakailangan.

Ang gusto lang niya ay tuluyan ng maging okay si Kath. Like now,her father didn't wake up from coma yet. Khalil told him that Kath has been regularly visiting her father in the hospital. Sinadya niyang hindi sila magkita ng dalaga though there were times na nagkakaabot sila ay pinili niyang huwag magpakita sa fiancé niya kahit pa gustong-gusto niya itong mayakap at makasama.

Watching after her from afar is enough. Makita lang niya ang dalaga ay okay na siya. She's still the same woman that owns his heart up until now and she will always be in his heart no matter what.

Sa halip na magmukmok siya at indain ang sakit na nararamdaman sa puso niya ay mas minabuti niyang ituon na lang ang atensyon sa trabaho niya. He has been in and out of the country for almost a month now at naka-schedule din siyang magbakasyon sa America kung saan kakatagpuin niya roon ang bestfriend niyang si Marco, who happens to be Kath's bestfriend's boyfriend now.
