Jesy's POV

I had just picked the girls up from school on Friday, Perrie was babysitting this evening and then she was going to stay overnight to help me get Eloise to sleep alone. I had ordered a sleeping bag and little inflatable mattress for her and we were going to put it on the floor next to my bed and make it seem like we were having a big sleepover, watch movies and have snacks so hopefully she forgot that she wasn't sleeping in my bed. I hoped that it would work but Ellie was stubborn and clever and could probably work out what we were trying to do and be one step ahead of us.

Me: "Are you excited for Perrie to look after you tonight?" I asked on the way home, they always loved their Friday nights, after they got over the first separation anxiety, they had loads of fun and Perrie always did fun things with them that I would never; last week I had come home to find the three of them covered in flour having tried to bake a cake.

Eloise: "Yeah, we're gonna-"

Olivia: "No! Ellie! You can't tell her, it's a secret!" she said interrupting her younger sister.

Me: "Oh! You don't have to tell me," I reassured, as much as Perrie was a child herself sometimes I knew she loved the girls and wouldn't put them in any danger, the worst I could come back to is a messy house.

Olivia: "Yeah, Aunty Perrie said it was our special secret!" she repeated as I pulled into the drive. Perrie was already parked in the drive waiting for us, she was never normally there when we arrived.

Me: "Come on, you can have a snack before I go to work," I said helping them out of the car and taking their bags. "What are you doing here so early?" I asked Perrie who met us at the door.

Perrie: "We've got an exciting evening planned," she said winking at the girls who both dissolved into fits of giggles behind me. I rolled my eyes and pulled a small bag of snacks out of the cupboard.

Me: "Okay, I have to go now," I announced leaving the table and kissing both girls on the top of their heads. "Don't get them all riled up before bedtime," I told Perrie quietly before leaving.

Perrie's POV

Jesy has just left to go to work and I was babysitting Olivia and Eloise, I always planned something fun for us to do that I knew Jesy would either never do with them or never let them do if she knew what was happening; tonight's activity falls into both categories.

Me: "Right girlies, go and get changed and then you can help me get the stuff out the car," I announced helping them off the high stools in the kitchen. I helped them out of their sweet little blue school uniforms and chose some old clothes from their closet for them.

Olivia: "Can we go and play now!" she said excitedly as soon as she was changed.

Me: "Yeah, come on then," I said leading them downstairs to my car. "Take it right through to the garden." I knew that this was going to make a mess and I did not want to have to clean the house, the garden, the girls and me. "Alright, let me get it ready, wait there,"

I took the large pieces of card from Eloise and poured the three different coloured paints into the   trays that I had found in mine and Jade's kitchen.

Me: "Okay then! Off you go!" I said sitting back and watching the girls run through the paint and on to the card making coloured footprints. I took a few videos and pictures before deciding that they couldn't have all the fun and I took my shoes off, rolling up my jeans and ran through.

I had planned on cleaning myself, the girls and the garden up about 30 minutes before Jesy got home,  but we were having so much fun, playing games and making patterns that before I knew it Jess was due home and we were still a mess.
