Jesy's POV

I'm at the studio right now with Leigh Anne, the owner, Kate and a few other teachers in the little 'staff room' waiting for our classes to start. It's Friday so the girls are both at home with Perrie tonight and Leigh Anne is still trying to convince me to come clubbing with her, Perrie and Jade next week, but I don't feel like I can. I don't have any close family to watch the girls and I don't think they would react well to me just finding a babysitter on the internet to watch them.

Leigh Anne: "Come on, Jess! You need a night out, we've not been out in months!"

Me: "I know and I want to come but I can't leave the girls,"

Leigh Anne: "We'll find a babysitter and you can put them to bed before we go and it'll be fine,"

Me: "I don't know, Leigh! I don't know any babysitters,"

We kept arguing back and forth for a few minutes until Kate stepped in.

Kate: "I'll watch the girls, if you want Jess," she said sitting next to me on the couch.

Leigh Anne: "See! That wasn't difficult!"

Me: "I don't know, they're not great without me,"

Leigh Anne: "Well I know, but you do so much for them, you deserve a night out," Leigh explains and I can't argue with her, I haven't been out past 8pm since the girls came to live with me and I really could do with a night out.

Kate: "Seriously, Jess. I'll come and sit with them for the night," she promises. "I've got kids, I know you don't want to leave them but sometimes you have to do something for yourself, you deserve a night out,"

Me: "Thanks Kate. I don't know, I'll think about it,"

Leigh Anne: "Enough with all the thinking!" she laughs impatiently, "you may as well just agree, because I'm going to win eventually," she says standing up to put her mug in the sink. I laugh in response but still tell her that I'll have to think about it, I don't want the girls to have a bad night with nightmares and bed wetting if I'm not there.

Kate: "Well, whatever you decide, Jess. Just let me know and I'll look after them"

Me: "Thanks, I'll let you know," I say before leaving the room to get to my class a few minutes early.

I spent the rest of the evening remembering our old nights out. I could never regret taking the girls in, they're my life and couldn't have left them to anybody else but sometimes I did miss my old life; not having to think when you wanted to go out, arranging babysitters was an unknown concept and I staggered in to bed at 3am instead of collapsing on the sofa as soon as I had put the girls down at 8pm.

Leigh Anne: "Pez, convince Jesy to come out with us next week," Leigh told Perrie once we had arrived home and the girls were both settled in their pyjamas watching a movie before bedtime.

Perrie: "Come on, Jess! You loved a good party!"

Me: "I know and I still do, I want to come but the girls, I have to think about them too,"

Leigh Anne: "We know, Jess, and we get that it's difficult. But you deserve a night out, the girls'll be fine with Kate and-and I can't do you any harm to have a night- even an evening away from them,"

Me: "Fine! I'll come out, you win!" I say defeated but secretly excited about it.

Perrie: "Yes! When can we go? Let's go now!" she says excitedly.

Me: "Pez, chill out! I'm in my pyjamas! We're not going now!"

Perrie: "Very good point!"

Leigh Anne: "Next weekend, we'll go next Friday. Get back from work, you can get the girls ready for bed, we can all get changed here and then go," she decides.
