Jesy's POV

Today is Friday, I am just on my way home from work a little later than normal. Perrie and Jade are both at home with Olivia and Eloise. I was hoping to get the girls in bed early so that we can have a girls night, we haven't been able to in a long time.

Me: "Hey, I'm home!" I called going through the front door.

Perrie: "Jesy's home!"

I heard footsteps and both girls came running round the corner into my arms, I loved it when they did. It made you feel so special, wanted and important.

Eloise: "Mama! I'm a big girl!" she said excitedly. It still made my heart flutter when she called me Mama.

Me: "You are?"

Eloise: "Uh-huh, Aunty Perrie taught me how to do a cartwheel," she said excitedly. I loved her definition of a 'big girl' cartwheels and being able to reach the sink in the kitchen compromised what she thought was in the dictionary under big girl.

Me: "Oh wow! That is a big girl," I said impressed.

Eloise: "Yeah! Watch me!"

Me: "Woah, woah, woah! Not in the kitchen!" I said picking her up from where she was about to perform her new trick.

Eloise: "Sorry," she said sheepishly.

Me: "Show me in the garden," I said opening the door for her. She excitedly ran outside turning a few cartwheels before coming back into the kitchen proudly. "Good girl!" I praised.

Maybe dance, singing and drama at my studio aren't quite her thing and I should try and find her a gymnastics class. If she can pick up a perfect cartwheel in a few minutes then she might be quite good!

Me: "Since you're such a big girl, would you like to make dinner with me?" I asked her, when she was struggling with eating one of the tips I found was to let her help, but I was always too nervous with her being around knifes and the hot stove that I didn't let her. But since Perrie and Jade were both here to watch her as well, it might be a good idea.

Eloise: "Yeah, I can help," she said happily climbing on to the work surface.

Me: "You have to be super careful, okay?"

Eloise: "I know," she said impatiently reaching towards me.

I instructed and watched carefully as Eloise helped me finish making the dinner, the majority was already done and she was just able to help me with a few little things. The five of us sat and ate dinner together chatting about various things.

Me: "Alright girls, bath time," I said once we had finished dinner.

Eloise: "'Cos I'm a big girl now, can I have a shower like Livy?" she asked as we went upstairs.

Me: "Umm- no, darling. You're still a little bit too little to have a shower, maybe you can once you turn six," I told her. I wasn't sure if Eloise really was just too little or if I wasn't quite ready to let her be a big girl and have a shower yet. I loved our bath time chats when it was just the two of us and I wasn't quite ready to let go of her just yet. I know she's only five but it felt like she had grown up so much in the past few months. She was reading and writing now, would come out with such grown up statements and as much as I wanted her too, sleeping in her own bed was just another thing showing how grown up she had become.

Eloise: "Okay, when I'm six," she agreed.

Me: "Alright deal! Sit up there and I'll put the television on for you while I help Livy," I said helping her on to my bed before turning the shower on for Olivia. She didn't need my help a lot but I always sat in there with her helping her wash her hair, she would possibly be able to do it alone but I wasn't ready to let her yet.
