"Bye guys," I wave at my beautiful little children. Tomorrow's Christmas and I can't keep them here. My boyfriend is coming over tonight and our relationship is beyond unhealthy, he wouldn't let me get a tree so they're flying with Aaliyah and Shawn's parents out to New York. They told me I should go but from what Andrew tells me he's got a girlfriend and I don't wanna disturb anything.

"Bye mama," they hug me, I can see Tiago exit the elevator. When he's around I speak mainly Portuguese because that's where he's from, I tried giving him a piece of home when we first started dating but he didn't want anything to do with it. Now he forces me to speak Portuguese with him and all of the friends he always has over. They'll usually rape my in a gangbang but I don't say anything.

"Tell your daddy hi ok?" Tiago plasters on a smile but his manager texted me saying he had a bad match and needed to blow some steam. Tiago is a cage fighter, so the physical part of his abuse hurts a lot more than it would otherwise.

"I'll give him kisses for you," Mercy smiles and I shake my head.

"That's not what I asked you to do." I shake my head yet again at the little girl who runs down the hallway to meet up with her family members. "I love you," I wave blowing them kisses while they wave back.

"Love you too mama." The elevator doors than close and as soon as Tiago is assured theres no one around he grabs my hair and drags me in. I swat at his hands so he kicks me then brings me into my home.

"Why can't you be obedient?" He slaps me. "You make it worse on yourself!" He grabs a bat, I'm used to plastic or wooden baseball bats but this time it's a hard metal bruising my skin right away.

"Police open the door," he ignores them and I scream trying to alert them, but as my screaming draws on the efforts seem more and more useless.

"Fuck you!" He hits me again.

Everything seems like mist I can barely move but I find myself walking blood dripping down the right side of my body but my head leaning that way. Tiago isn't even my worst mistake, I should've never divorced Shawn. Yet again my life goes black for a moment, still I stand making my way around as best I can. "I'm home?" A familiar voice giggles but gasps quickly after. All pressures is lifted off of my legs but still I can't see, or feel and soon I can barely breath. "That's lots of stitches," he whispers holding his hand against my shoulder rubbing his fingers in small circles. "You're awake," he smiles, Nathan he's been gone over seas for months now and he's finally home. "Happy late birthday," I can't form many words and what does come out of my mouth sounds strange.

"Goodness darling you scared me," my mother runs through giving me a hug. My words are slurred and jumbled and she nods at Nathan who sighs. "We're gonna let the kids in ok? They wanted to say happy birthday." She smiles and I nod clapping my hands in excitement.

"Mama," the little ones crawl onto my bed giving me hugs, I try my best to hug them back but my body won't let me. "Nana says you'll need a bunch of help trying to get better and we promise to help lots." They nod while I lay back. The language I speak is something no one can understand. "Daddy says he wants to see you," Mercy whispers. "Can I let him in?" I nod at her and she smiles kissing my cheek and sliding off of the bed her brothers follow quickly after giving me their love and they walk off protecting their sister.

"We were thinking Shawn should get the kids?" My mom suggests and I shake my head.

"No," I slur tripping over my tongue. "Want them." I explain as best I can. She sighs but points to the door where the man I love waits. He puts something back into his pocket after hearing me.

"Hi sweetie," he smiles. "My parents are gonna take the kids home so I can stay with you," his voice is gentile and he uses lots of gestures to explain what he's saying as if to help me understand. "Is that alright?"

"Stay," I giggle unable to say much more. My hug is lazy loose and incomplete but he takes it anyways hugging me back.

"It's just her meds," my mom reassures him while he nods not caring much. I don't think it's just meds, I think I might stay like this, I think I might never carry any more of his children and that seems to be perfectly ok with him.

A nurse walks in telling my mom a few things that make her cry while Shawn plays with me like the child I've become. "Do you think we should get married again?" His hand brushes at my hair. "So I can take care of you?" Nathan looks happy in the corner at his question while my mother sits distracted by the nurse.

"White dress," I giggle hitting my legs. He smiles grabbing my hands to stop me from hurting myself.

"I just have to figure out what's gonna happen to the kids," his gentile lips mark my cheek.

"I'll watch them or her whenever you need it." Nathan nods quickly while Shawn holds my hand softly.

"I might have to take you with me when I leave." He smiles at my gasp.

"Love you," I slur falling against his shoulder. He cries gently and I completely understand why.

"I love you too," he kisses my cheek. "I love you a lot more than you'll ever be able to understand." He whispers to me as my eyes shut and I fall into a peaceful slumber.
