Chapter 20 // ' The Morning After '
My everything ached as I roll over to the side of the bed squinting at the bright rays of light that were pouring in through Jasper's windows.
I could hear Jasper's light snores from the other end of the bed telling me that he was still asleep. My feet touched warm carpeted floor as I search around for a shirt to where. I pull on his long shirt that he gave me last night before grabbing my phone that was laying on the bedside table charging then walking straight to the bathroom that was across from Jasper's room. I glance into the mirror internally cringing at the sight of my disheveled hair.
I turn on the water as I open the cabinet taking out a tube of toothpaste. I guess this is what I have to work with. Using my finger kind of brush my teeth at least getting rid of my morning breath I wash my face before turning off the water and walking out of the bathroom. As I walk downstairs careful not to make any noise I unlock my phone to immediately be flooded with texts and I stop in my tracks.
My face starts to heat up, oh no that means Chloe came back here and now everyone knows. I'm never gong to live this down. Putting a hand to my face I walk into the kitchen my stomach is starting to make some unearthly noises as I scroll through the pictures from last night at the premiere. As I suspected there were already articles and pictures of Archer and me. I probably won't be able to make it off campus for the rest of the weekend which seems pretty nice it's not like I don't have everything right here I think as I open the fridge looking for any sign of food. The length of my cooking skills only go as far as eggs and maybe pancakes on good days but only with the boxed stuff. Sadly Chloe and Jasper's fridge was practically empty except for a carton of milk and a few eggs. Pick of my phone that I placed on the counter while shouting the fridge my finger hovering over the post mates icon but I stop when from behind me warm arms wrap around my waist.
