- Chapter - Thirty - Seven -
Dinner with Kai and Hanna last night was fun but we still all had to go to school the next day.
Letting out what sounded like the middle ground between a yawn and I sit up and stretch immediately hitting something or rather someone.
"What a nice way to wake up." Archer grumbles opening up one eye before closing it again. After dinner last night Archer decided he would crash here at Hayley and I's place because and I quote, "my dorm is too fucking far away." But I don't remember letting him sleep on my bed with me.
I grab my phone from my night stand checking the time and almost pass out.
"Wake up! We only have five more minutes until the first bell rings." I scramble and Archer's eyes fly open tossing my blanket off of him revealing his shirtless chest.
I fight the urge to sneak a peak before I jump out of bed racing into my closet trying to find something to wear. I grab a pair of jeans and an off the should black top, opting away from my heels that I've become accustomed to I put on my chucks.
I shove my laptop into my bag and my phone into my pocket before I race out of my already empty room and into the living room where Archer was waiting.
"Where's Hayley?" I ask walking into the kitchen and taking a granola bar from the cupboard.
"She already left."
I nod as we walk out the door and out the building, we spent the rest of the walk in a comfortable silent both of us a little bit groggy after a long night. We walk into the building the hallways empty every other student already in their class. After we part our ways to go to our separate classes, I walk into mine ignoring the stares of other students.
I grin when I see Beckett sitting at one of the lab stations in the back and head there just as the bell rings.
"You barely made it." Beckett comments and I lift a finger to my lips indicating him to be quiet. He laughs as I take a seat next him just as our teacher walks into the class and we start the lesson.
My next two classes go the same, just a rush of teachers giving us assignments and making us take notes. I take a deep breath as I walk into english, I smile at Hayley who is already at her set before I make my way over to my own seat where Jared and Jasper are already there next to it.
"Morning." I greet Jared as I sit down ignoring Jasper.
Jared grins running a hand through his dark blonde hair before sighing.
