HIS lips move with mine fast and hungry, my entire mind goes blank. But as soon as I regain some of my senses I remove my lips from his and gently push him off of me. Hurt crosses over Archer's face for a quick second before disappearing.
"We need to talk before we do whatever this is." I gesture between the two of us. I remove my snowboard from my feet before getting up and facing him.
"Okay then let's talk." Archer replies almost coldly and I gulp. Wasn't he the one that said that he the one that said we couldn't work? And now he's kissing me and it's just messing with all of my emotions.
If I'm going to get into anything with Archer I need to know how he feels, I think I actually like Archer and I don't want to end up hurt in the end like I was with Jay or Jasper.
"Archer! Brooklyn!" A voice calls from the sidewalk and I turn and find the rest of the group standing a couple feet away from us waving.
"Can we talk about this later?" I plead and Archer shrugs without saying anything before walking over towards the group without me. Pushing away any feeling of hurt I smile and walk over to where Beckett, Hayley, Liam, and Jared are standing.
"I honestly thought you guys were kidnapped or something, where did you disappear too?" Beckett asks and I shrug.
"We went on a couple of slopes while you guys we're arguing." Archer speaks up and Hayley raises an eyebrow.
"Well I'm going inside for some hot chocolate, Brooklyn why don't you come with me?" Hayley asks but an underlying undertone of 'I need to talk to you right away' and I nod waving over my shoulder avoiding eye contact with Archer.
Once we were out of earshot she immediacy starts attacking me with questions keeping her voice down because of the mass number of Richmond students roaming the resort.
"Okay, what happened? You have this pained look on your face." Hayley questions opening the door into the warm hotel that we're staying at and I let out a sigh as we walk over to the couches in the middle of the lobby.
"I'll tell you everything as soon as we get something to drink." I promise her. She grins and winks before walking away to get the hot chocolate giving me time to think in my own.
How am I supposed to go about things with Archer, do I just confront him and ask him what the fuck we're doing or do I just keep quiet until he brings it up? Maybe I'm just making too big of a deal about this, we've only kissed twice does it even really matter?
