Chapter 21

The fight blew off after a couple of seconds, thank goodness sometimes it is helpful to have guards at every corner but unfortunately for Archer and Jasper they both left with multiple bruises and a trip to the principal's office .

"I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy that." Beckett quietly laughs shifting in the uncomfortable chair as we waited for Jasper and Archer. I snicker not even feeling an ounce of remorse for either one of them. They both got themselves into this mess. Archer had no right to kiss me without even a warning and I had told Jasper that me and Archer for going to be doing this fake dating thing.

"It's kind of romantic don't you think." Beckett questions and I roll my eyes.

"There is nothing romantic about two guys trying to beat each other up over something stupid." I reply.

Beckett groans, "You're no fun."

I shake my head while taking my phone out of my back pocket already seeing text messages from Hayley, Liam, and who all had to go back to class asking if Archer and Jasper are okay. I reply to all of them saying that they haven't come out yet but I'll text them when they do and I shut my phone off glancing at the closed door that we were sitting in front.

"Finally." Beckett groans pointing to the door revealing angry looking Jasper and Archer, and a pleased principle.

"You guys can go back to class the situation has been dealt with." She says dismissing us and walking back into her office without a word. Archer walks out without saying a word to any of us and slams the door to the office behind him. Beckett muffled a groan and walks after him until it's only me and Jasper in the room. I stay silent pursing my lips looking at Jasper who had an uncomfortable look in his face.

"I'm sorry about what happened." He breathes out finally. I raise my eyebrows, "Sorry about what?" I ask almost rolling my eyes the incredulous look on his face like he thinks i'll just forgive him for starting up a fight with Archer not that I blamed him for everything Archer was at fault too but I can deal with him later. If we're going to be in this weird relationship that we have going there has to be some kind of communication and understanding and not whatever Jasper was thinking back in the cafeteria.

"I know starting the whole fight with Archer wasn't the best idea but when I saw him kiss you I don't know what happened." He explains and I nod.

"I just need you to understand that you can't do things like this, I told you about Archer and I told you that I promised I would do this for him." I say stepping closer to him looking him in the eyes.

"I know and i'm sorry." He breathes out wrapping his arms around me resting his chin on my head. We stand there for a second before letting go and I grin at him before we both walk out of the office just as the final bell rings throughout the school and we leave our separate ways knowing that if anyone sees us together they'll immediately get the wrong idea.

"Holy crap he's an actual prince?" Emily asks twirling a strand of her hair. After school Haley decided to have another one of her girls nights except Chloe wasn't able to make it so it was just me, her, and Emily. We were all seated on the huge sectional in my dorm room that I now share with Emily and we somehow ended up on the topic of Jasper. Don't get me wrong I guess Emily is a good person I mean I let her move into my dorm and everything but she keeps on bringing up Jasper. Liam told me that he doesn't have feeling for her anymore but that doesn't mean that i'm not worried that she's started liking Jasper because I have no idea how i'm going to tell her that she can't it's not like I can straight up tell her that me and Jasper are kind of lowkey dating but can't tell anyone because i'm kind of fake dating one of his best friends.
