The last three days of our trip are filled with more skiing and hanging around the lodge, avoiding the chaperones, and of course Archer and I keeping the both of us a secret. But it's just like ever since we've came back the more I feel like the moment we tell everyone about us everything we have with each other is going to fall apart before we really start.

Letting out a breath of air I slam my locker shut gripping on my bag as I make my way to first period that I share with Beckett. Walking into the classroom I quickly spot Beckett with his head down towards the back of the room at a lab station.

"Hey Beck." I greet once I get there setting my backpack down on the floor before sitting down on stool next to him.

"Brook, I think I'm actually dying." Beckett groans lifting his head off the table revealing the huge purple bags underneath his bloodshot eyes.

"Damn, what happened to your face?" I ask bluntly and Beckett glares at me.

"I was at Liam's place last night, the last thing I remember is taking out a couple of drinks from his bar and now here I am." He quickly explains his voice barely above a whisper and I hold back a laugh.

"This is why we don't drink on school nights." I playfully scold. Beckett opens his mouth probably to spit out a comeback but closes his mouth at the last minute, just as our teacher walks into the class.

"I'm sure you all are still recovering from the treat so today we'll just take notes." She announces and the entire class lets out a collective sigh including me. I lean down and grab a notebook and pen from my backpack before sitting back up and looking at the board as ms brown starts the presentation.

The rest of the class goes by quicker then expected and we finish out notes just as the bell rings.

"You looked like you were actually taking notes." Beckett comments standing up stretching and I shrug holding up my notebook.

"That's because I was." I tell him and he raises his eyebrows.

"Early admission for most of the colleges I want to apply to ended last month and I haven't even started a single essay."

"You're going to collage?" Beckett asks as I shove my notebook into my backpack and pick it up.

"You're not?" I question and he shakes his head.

"The day school officially ends my fathers sending a plane for me. He said and I quote, need to stop hiding away at RA and coming to California to learn how to run the business." Beckett shrugs and I raise my eyebrows as we walk out of classroom together.

First Archer, now Beckett what is it with their parents not wanting them to go to college to actually pursue a career they want to do, and not one that they were born into. Is it the same thing with Liam, Hayley, and Jared?

"Brook! Beckett!" A loud voice shouts through the hallway earring the attention of some of the students and I cringe turning around to see Hayley walking towards us.
