Chapter 23

{Luna's POV, nine months later} 

Chris and I were decorating the house for our favorite holiday Halloween, I was setting up a Halloween village on the coffee table I helped Chris set up my table top black Christmas tree with the Nightmare Before Christmas when I felt my water break. 

"Babe my water just broke." 

Chris helped me down to the SUV, I climbed into the front seat Chris climbed behind the wheel and started the engine and drove away I was feeling a little nervous he reached over and held my hand I interlaced our fingers Chris kissed the back of my hand when we arrived at the hospital Chris parked the SUV and helped me into the hospital and was rushed to a room by a nurse. A few hours later I was cradling mine and Chris's newborn daughter in my arms I looked down at her and smiled I kissed her forehead Chris leaned over and kissed me. 

"What would you like our daughter's name to be?" Chris asked. 

"I'm not sure what I want to name our daughter." I said. 

"We could name our daughter Celaena or Aelin from the Throne Of Glass series." 

"Which name do you like better?" 

"I like them both but I like Aelin the most. What do you think of the name Aelin Elizabeth Cerulli?" 

"I hadn't planned on giving her my middle name. How about Celaena Marie Cerulli or Aelin Lillian Cerulli." 

"I like Celaena Marie Cerulli." Chris said. 

"Would you like to hold Celaena?" I asked. 

"Yes please." 

I gently laid Celaena in Chris's arms he started to tear up the minute he held her I looked at him and smiled he smiled back and gently rocked Celaena Chris was playing the song "Dear Daughter" on his phone. 

"Happy Birthday babe." 

"Thank you, baby, I feel honored to share my birthday with Celaena I had a feeling she would be born on my birthday." 

"Did you text your brothers and family?" I asked. 

"Yeah, I sent out a group text everyone will be up later to see us." Chris replied. 

Later on, that day Ricky, Jamie, Balz, Ryan Ashley, Ryan, Vinny, Ghost, Kylie, Mr. and Mrs. Cerulli, Julie, and Nick came up to the hospital to see me, Chris, and Celaena. 

"Luna your daughter is beautiful she looks just like you and Chris. What did you and Chris name her?" 

"Chris and I named our daughter Celaena Marie Cerulli." 

"It's a beautiful name." Ryan Ashley said. 

"Chris had a feeling Celaena was going to be born on his birthday we were in the middle of decorating the house when my water broke." I said. 

"Luna, Devin and I have the perfect outfit that Celaena can wear now." Kylie said. 

Ghost handed me two black onesies they had Jack Skellington's face on both onesies one read Mommy's Little Nightmare the other one read Daddy's Little Nightmare I looked at the onesies and smiled I put the onesie that read Daddy's Little Nightmare on Celaena. 

"Luna, I figured you would have named your daughter Miracle or Hope since your mother would always tell you that you would never have children." Mrs. Cerulli said. 

"I thought about it but decided not to name her Miracle or Hope, Chris and I chose the name Celaena from a character from a series of books called Throne Of Glass." I explained. 

After everyone left Chris climbed into my hospital bed and snuggled up beside me, he wrapped his arm around me I looked up at him and smiled Chris smiled and kissed me I laid my head on his chest and fell asleep.
