Chapter 25

{Luna's POV} 

When I woke up Chris snuggled up behind me and buried his face in my neck and kissed it I felt my cheeks grow warm I rolled over and faced Chris and kissed him, he brushed the back of his index finger against my cheek. 

"I love you, Christopher." 

"I love you too, Luna." 

Chris and I heard Celaena crying I kissed Chris once more and got up out of bed I left the bedroom and walked down the hall I walked into Celaena's room and walked over to her crib I picked her up and gently laid her down on her changing table and changed her diaper. When I was finished changing Celaena, I got her dressed she looked up at me, I looked down at her and smiled. 

"Let's go see daddy." I said. 

I picked Celaena up and took her to mine and Chris's room I walked over to his side of the bed and gently laid her on his chest I climbed back into bed and snuggled up beside Chris, he wrapped his free arm around me I laid my head on his shoulder. 

"Celaena has me wrapped around her finger." 

"She sure does I know you will protect our little girl." 

"I'm not looking forward to Celaena being a teenager and dating because I will probably end up not liking any of the guys, she brings home to meet us." Chris explained. 

"Spoken like a true father." I giggled. 

I climbed out of bed and got dressed I put on a Slipknot t-shirt, black jeans, Jack Skellington socks, and black Converse I brushed my jet-black hair and pulled my hair up into a pony tail I walked into the bathroom. When I came out of the bathroom Celaena was getting fussy I walked over to Chris's side of the bed and picked her up I kissed her cheek. 

"Somebody's getting hungry." 

I carried Celaena downstairs and walked into the kitchen I made her a bottle Chris came into the kitchen and finished making her bottle he handed me Celaena's bottle I fed her, her bottle and sat down at the table. 

"Babe can you please run upstairs to Celaena's room and grab me a burp cloth I forgot to grab one." I said. 

Chris left the kitchen and came back with a burp cloth he walked over to me and draped it over my shoulder and kissed me I smiled against his lips when I was finished feeding Celaena, I picked her up and burped her. I got up from the table and left the kitchen I walked into the living room and gently laid Celaena down in her pack in play I walked back into the kitchen and made myself a bowl of cereal and joined Chris at the table he was playing with his phone. 

"Baby remember my friend Gaia?" Chris asked. 

"Yes, I remember your friend Gaia Patra." I said. 

"She's going to be in town for a few days and she would like to know if she can stay with us."

"Yeah, Gaia can stay with us." 

When I was finished eating, I got up from the table and washed my dishes I left the kitchen and walked back into the living room Celaena was crying I walked over to the pack in play and picked her up. I carried Celaena upstairs to her room I walked into her room and laid her down on her changing table and changed her diaper I heard Chris coming up the stairs he came into the room and walked over to me. 

"Is Celaena okay?" He asked. 

"No, the baby formula that she is on seems to be too rich for her I am going to have to run to the grocery store and get her baby formula with soy in it because she seems to have a sensitive stomach." I said.
