I read the messages about two hours after they were sent because I was hammered with homework.

They left me hollow.

All I could do was stare at them, but for what reason?

Dean really didn't care about me.

All he's done is harass me since middle school.

The other day was almost the worst. Almost.

I lock my phone and run my fingers through my hair, leaning back against my pillows.

I sigh in frustration and feel my phone vibrate, looking at my lock screen.

iMessage: just now
Oliver (art): About the art assignment.

I roll my eyes, not exactly having a good time with the art project I have to do with a partner.

Nothing against Oliver, he's a nice guy. Gets me even. I've known him for a few years. But partners in art aren't my favorite.

Castiel N.: What do you want to do?

Oliver (art): I don't know, man. I was thinking a two part landscape?

Castiel N.: ... what medium

Oliver (art): paint? That seems easier for a landscape.

Castiel N.: What about this "two part"

Oliver (art): One being black and white and the other colored ??

I thought about it for a second. It really wasn't that bad of an idea.

Castiel N.: Alright, cool. I've got a picture.

Oliver (art): Send?

Oliver (art): I'll do the black and white?

Good. I was hoping for the colored half.
