ONE SHOT WITH ARA AND HOSEOK

"Where's Jimmy?!" Ara asked in a panicked tone.

"Jimmy?" Hoseok asked with a yawn.

Ara looked at the boy beside him and started to shake him awake from his nap. "Hobi, I can't find Jimmy." She said in a worried tone.

Hoseok sat up on the bed and scratched the back of his head in thought. "Ara..." He trailed off while looking at her nervously. "Who's Jimmy?" He asked.

Ara's mouth dropped open in shock. "Do you mean to tell me, you don't know who Jimmy is?!" She exclaimed.

"I just- I- sorry babe, come on." He stammered while shooting her an apologetic smile.

"Jimmy is the pomeranian I just brought home like two days ago!" She wailed.

"Shit! You named it Timmy?" He asked her in disbelief.

Ara sighed in exasperation. "It's Jimmy, I said Jimmy like a couple of hundred times Hobi." She said.

"I'm sorry, but Jimmy is a girl." He informed her.

Ara chuckled. "If you're trying to calm me down by being funny, then it's not working." She said while crossing her arms across her chest.

"I'm not joking! Jimmy is a girl, didn't you listen to the people at the pet shop?" He asked her with a raised brow.

"Oh my god." She said as the realization dawned upon her. "I was so entranced by his cuteness, I didn't know. I just wanted to call him Jimmy." She explained while bringing her hands up to cover her face.

Hoseok couldn't help himself. He smiled at the girl that stood in front of him. The girl that was currently stressed out about possibly losing the pomeranian they had just gotten. This was Ara. This was who she was, and he loves her.

"Come here." He said while gesturing for her to come back into his arms on the bed.

"Why-" She tried to ask, but Hoseok just raised one of his fingers, signaling her to hush.

"Come on." He cajoled her with a warm smile on his face.

"Fine." She sighed and hopped back into bed beside him.

He wrapped his arms around her and pulled her close to his chest. She buried her head in his neck while breathing deeply and he rubbed her back gently while whispering sweet nothings into her ear.

"We will find her." He whispered. "She should just be somewhere in the house. Don't worry, we'll look for her together." He said.

Ara brought her head up from his neck and smiled at him. "Sorry, I just woke up and he- well she now, wasn't in the room anymore and I panicked." She explained.

"I can't believe I lost her already. How will I be to a child if I can't even watch a puppy." She told him in a sad tone, resting her head back into his neck.

"Hey, that's different. You're going to be a great mom and besides, Jimmy is really small. Don't blame yourself too much." Hoseok said as he placed a kiss on top of her hair.

She sighed in content. "Thank you so much Hobi. I really do love you." She told him.

A chuckle escaped his lips. "I know you do, that's why you said yes when I proposed." He teased.

"Well I couldn't really say no, now could I?" She countered.

FLASHBACK

"Am I really going to do this here?" Hoseok asked in a panicked voice, as he paced back and forth Jimin's dressing room.

The marriage ceremony for Jimin and Jae Eun's wedding had just finished. They were all supposed to go to the reception now, but the newlyweds went to change their clothes first.
