I brought my bags out to the GMC Denali we had and sat them in the back. I stood there, waiting for the others as they came out of the door; a few bags of their own in hand.
"Excited huh?" It was Jer as he came up and tossed his two bags beside mine.
"Yeah." I said, standing all the way up as Bry and Zach came out. Following not too far behind them were Koda and Mikey who were deep in arguement.
"No, these are in far better condition than yours!" She yelled at him, swinging a pair of brightly colored Nikes in Mikey's face that, I noticed, Mikey had in his hand as well.
"No they are not! Do you clean your shoes?"
"I do." She copped back.
"Scrub them? With a toothbrush and fresh them out?" He raised his brow.
"Yes and yes."
"Those two." Jeremy whispered to me.
"Alright, let's get to it." I heard Bryan yell behind me.
"NO!" Mikey yelled, causing me to turn around. "Look at that scuff you got there?"
"That is not a freaking scuff!" Koda licked her thumb and wiped the mark away. "So how 'bout that?"
"End of conversation." I said as they stood in front of me.
"Don't you think my shoes look better?" Mikey begged me practically with his eyes to say they were.
"They're the same damn pair of shoes! Clean and ugly as hell!" Bryan was the one to comment from the back seat.
"You're ugly!" Koda joked.
I smirked. "Just put your things in." Mikes took his bags off his shoulders and put them in with his shoes on top. I took Koda's and laid them on the otherside.
"Thanks." She said.
"No prob. Just get in the front so you can navigate." We shared a smile before she walked around the front and got in.
I shut the trunk then walked to the front and hopped in. I turned to everyone.
"You guys ready?"
"YEAH!!" All the guys yelled at the top of their lungs.
"Yesth." Koda said after they settled. We laughed at her then turned the Denali on.
