Nara's POV

The sound of a random hollywood movie playing on the T.V. in the living room. The timed chimes ringing from Aoi's cell as she played piano tiles with expert skills. Soft clangs of utensils and the sizzle of a stove, carrying an aroma throughout the house. The rustle of a bag chips. The irritating noise of loud chewing and,

"Do you think sunbae has a crush?"

The other girl hummed, digging in the bag and plopping another chip in her mouth, "Possibly. But Hobie sunbae is more protective, though"

"What about RM sunbae? I can't help but notice something off about him"

"Totally. Did you see the look on his face when sunbae was getting all touchy-feely with unnie?"

There was a pause. The two girls tore their attention from their respective phones to look at each other with similar expressions.

"Do you think..."

"yeah....."

The two of them giggled, hands slapped over their mouths as they rolled on the floor.

I groaned from where I lay.

"Both of you need to shut up"

The giggling increased in volume as one of the two sat up, legs stretched out in front of her as she looked up at me.

"But unnie~", she flicked back the blonde locks falling over her shoulder, "this is the first romance drama unfolding in our group!"

"Yeah!", the brunette piped from the floor, "we've never had a scandal before. Just think about it. Your own forbidden romance, right here in the company"

Both of them sighed dramatically and I buried my face in the pillow.

"....get.out."

"What's happening here?"

The aroma of freshly boiled vegetable stew marked the arrival of Lizzy Kim. Not lifting my head, I pointed an accusing finger on the two rascals camping out in my room.
"The popular girls are being mean to me...."

There was a hush silence. Only the clatter of a tray on the bedside table and the tunes from Aoi's phone could be heard.

"Girls...", Lizzy's voice was slow yet demanding. "...if I find out you've been making my baby cry, you won't like what I have in store for you"

And then she wonders why they ship us so hard.

"I'm not a cry baby....", my voice was muffled by the pillow. My words were duly ignored as the leader slapped my butt, making me jump in surprise.
"Ow! What was that for?"

"Eat up before it gets cold"

"But I don't want vegetable stew. I don't even have a cold! Why are you doing this to me?", I whined, rubbing the stinging area of my buttcheek. I had a terrible back ache since the time I danced yesterday. I hadn't practiced ballet since a long long time and the poor decision on my part resulted in a dislocated spine. Not actually, but it hurts on the same level. Anyways, my lying around in bed due to a minor muscle/joint pain resulted in the rest of the group slacking off as well, hanging around in the dorm with the excuse of my being sick.

Lizzy snorted. "Not a cry baby my ass"

Aera and Sunhee snickered, quickly looking away when I shot them a glare. Lizzy helped me sit up and I winced at the stab of pain before settling my back on the mountain of pillows she arranged for me. Aoi let out a tiny squeal at what I assumed to be a new high score. Aera went back to reading *cough* fan fictions while Sunhee scrolled through Jimin's instagram. Lizzy took it upon herself to feed me and even though I have two perfectly healthy hands, I let her. Because I'm a potato and also her precious little baby that she loves to death. Honestly, I hate it. But I'm not gonna voice it and hurt her feelings now, am I? So I brood in my little potato thoughts, playing with my fingers as she sits on the edge of the bed, blowing on the spoon before telling me to say ah. I thought I heard a click of some sort, but everyone had their phones glued to the carpeted floor. The three of them were sharing chips, lying on their stomachs with their feet in the air. I looked towards the open door but there was no one. I shrugged, focusing on eating. All was peaceful until Sunhee gasped, hitting Aera rapidly on the shoulder. The blonde rose her brows, leaning closer so she could see what her best friend was so excited about. She gasped too, hand flying up to cover her mouth. Both of them turned in unison to look at me and Lizzy, matching expressions of mischief planted on their faces.
"What?", I asked rather irritated.
