Annaley's POV

After the teacher took the boy away we was all left standing there in silence," we better get home and fast Tris" Rose says and she nods. They tell us goodbye and we also agreed to go ahead home," dad...was in a band.." Lucas says and Aiden adds," and it looks like he saved her from dealing with Triton" I was confused about who he was,"who's Triton?" Karina asked and Chris mumbles,"remember that old douche standing on his throne at Anna's wedding...that's Triton." I get up saying I'll be right back and going for a walk. I walk out the door and just started walking to where my feet took me and it didn't suprise me that it was to the beach. I smile then hear voices and I look to see mom and dad," How could we ever repay you for taking the fall?" Beatrice says to Josh and he says," say you will date me and we will call it even" I look and as mom was about to answer her friends join in behind her and Violet says," oh she accepts." They giggle while mom blushes in embarrasment. They drag her away and saying bye to dad. "wow she fully had her friends support despite the rules" I say to myself not expecting a response but heard," I'm sorry your friends never did...but I am glad they eventually came around." Aiden says and I turned around to see everyone behind me. Louis comes to me and holds me after wiping my tears. "Dad knew he loved her the moment he met her" Lucas says.

As the days flew mom and dad talked more and more and fell more in love, her friends was completely supportive of her decision. Turns out they held on tight to their love and when dad found out about her being a mermaid he promised to keep it a secret and held her tight, kissing her. She told him that she would have to return home after graduation and though it will be hard that she would try to see him. Then the day of graduation came and they sang their final song to their class as a farewell as Ray went to the piano all of them stood before their graduating class," thank you for these wonderful two years" Violet says. "We will carry them in our hearts always" Rose says and Annette adds" and the memories will last forever" and mom takes a deep breath," it is time for us to fly our wings...so soar high and may we sing you our final song together." Ray starts playing and the girls all sing together

There was this weird feeling that came over me it felt so magical, I looked at mom to see tears in her eyes and as she walks off stage she kisses him goodbye and her and her friends leave. They was taken home and was crowned. A few days later mom was throwing up and Triton caught her and demanded answers and she admitted to sleeping with dad. Triton takes her and throws her in the room and locks the door. "You won't leave until that abomination has left your body" I could feel rage growing in me all over again and Aiden must have felt the same. I wanted to rescue mom but we had to let it play out to see what happened. As months passed mom finally gave birth to a baby girl. " Since the girl has her tail you can keep her but no more seeing that human" Mom holds me in her arms and swims off back home. She taught me to swim and me and my friends to sing, she was actually our music teacher. Once I was strong enough to swim on my own mom took me on land to see dad and we would all swim together and when mom told me to go have fun around but stay close she and dad went to the house for a couple of hours. That day swimming home Triton was waiting for us, turns out that was the day the one she was forced to marry she told him to go screw himself, however that was also the day Triton found out she was pregnant again.
