Later that night Stevie would make her way to bed after comforting her daughter. Lindsey didn't want to intrude on Stevie he wanted her to cool down before he went to bed, so he went much later.
Stevie was only a little over a month pregnant, forty-four days, but she still put oils and such on her belly to prevent stretch marks ahead of time. She did the same when she was pregnant with Ameera and it helped a lot. She had hardly any and the ones she did happen to get faded slightly.
Stevie throws on a nighty like normal and gets into bed. She stayed up and wrote in her journal about her day and made some to-do lists. She also read some lines she had written that were scattered and tried putting some of them together to create a poem or song.
About an hour later Lindsey comes up and he changes his clothes getting ready for bed himself. Stevie closed her journal when he gets into bed. As he pulls his side of the covers down he leans foward to get on, Stevie kisses him on the lips.
"Goodnight." She scoots down and turns on to her side facing away from him.
"You still mad?" He pushes by asking that.
"Oh, I'm furious. Don't think that kiss meant we made up. I'm just used to kissing you goodnight." She shoves her face more into the pillow. He chuckles to himself.
"I love you." He says semi smiling.
"Mmhmm." She says irritated as she fell asleep.
"Hun, I-"
"Lindsey, I don't wanna talk about it right now." She sits up, "Though, you are so entirely wrong and no matter how much I wanna fight with you, to prove that to you, I am way too tired. So good night, I love you. Let me sleep." He puts his hands up showing mercy and she lays back down.
They go to sleep and like Stevie had said, they would talk it all over later. They still never come to terms but they made sure they each knew their feelings on the doctor suggestion. They would both talk to Ameera together and see if she wanted to go and they would only do it if she wanted to.
This week, Ameera would be in bed already by the time they got home from the studio. Karen had started to just bring her home somedays when she just couldn't be in the same room as her family. At times she would feel out of breath and felt like her heart stopped and like most nights she would talk to Osmond in her sleep, letting him know how much she missed him. He would respond to her in short messages through her dreams, though this week the dreams were becoming more and more faint and she could hardly hear him. As much as he wanted to talk to her, it was draining him. Being away from her hurt him also. He loved her a lot, but he was a boy of many identities and he had to be all over. After all the was an angel.
He was very unaware of the fact he could fall in love with someone. He was another who has had his share of heartache in different lifetimes but the love he had for Ameera was different. He couldn't always watch her but he could feel her occasionally and the heartache she felt hurt him the most. His gift as an angel was to be empathic and the feeling of someone he loved dearly could hurt him horribly.
Ameera was very empathic herself and she got that from her mom. However, she didn't know how to block the feelings of others. She was really only figuring out she had that gift and it would take time, like everything else to become skilled at doing.
This week at school she would feel worse than ever, the fainting of his voice in her dreams made her feel the feeling of when he first left. The feeling of her already existing pain combined with the old but what felt like new pain was just very difficult to take.
On her own this week Ameera would make an effort to be a little more social in a sense. She was really doing it for her father because, she didn't really wanna see a doctor. At first she thought maybe it was a good idea but she also knew her mom was right about the doctor; might put her on medication that she probably didn't need.
