~Months Later ~

The next few months passed over. Stevie and Lindsey were finally coming to Arizona to pick up their daughter and Ameera couldn't have been happier. As Stevie and Lindsey pulled up in a black car, they were already greeted with the presence of their daughter. It was clear that they were not driving six hours to and from especially with a pregnant Stevie. There was a driver with them.

As Lindsey got out of the car and shut the door, his daughter had already ran to him.

"I missed you so much," she hugged her father tightly.

"Missed you too," he hugged her and kissed her forehead. It made his feel better that she missed him.

"Next time, I am going on tour with you," she told him.

"Deal," he chuckled as he set her back on the ground.

Stevie had eventually got off the car and stood, smiling. The summer was dreadful in Arizona and she didn't want to be there anymore.

"Oh my gosh, mommy you look so cute," she ran to her mother and hugged her right after taking in her seven month stomach.

Stevie chuckled as she hugged and kissed her daughter. "Thank you, doll," she rubbed the side of her arm. Right after, she put her hair up in a clip.

"Let's go," she pulled both parents by the hand.

"Are you all packed, baby girl?" asked Lindsey as they made it through the foyer.

"I am," she assured.

"Well, let's put everything in the car for now," he added.

"I thought I heard my favorite daughter," Barbara came down the stairs to greet them.

"Hi mom," Stevie smiled as she was embraced by her mother.

"How's my grandbaby?" she asked swiping her daughter's bangs out of the way.

"Great, doing great... me not so much," she laughed.

"You know I wouldn't be surprised if it was a boy. They are much harder on the body," she winked.

"Mm..." Stevie rose her brows with a subtle grin. "Where's daddy?"

"He is on his way home," she said as she moved to kiss her son in-law. "How are you?" she asked him.

"Happy and tired," he chuckled as he tucked his daughter under his arm.

Barbara giggled. "That's good to hear. Anybody hungry?"

"Me!" Stevie said without hesitation.

"Had a feeling you would," her mother laughed. "Don't you feed my daughter, Lindsey?" she joked with him as she led them to the kitchen and dining room.

"No, I starve her," he laughed as he guided his wife.

"He does. Sometimes he doesn't wanna get me food," she told her mom.

"Uh, yeah at three in the morning it's not always ideal," he chuckled. "But how many times do I actually go to get you what you want?" he leered at her.
