Everybody gets ready for their small outing together and they go for a short hike by the river. Stevie had always enjoyed that and Lindsey was quite the opposite. Ameera didn't mind either way because, she had both her mother and her father within her blood and she enjoyed all the elements of life, whether it be nature life like her mom or the sometimes hermit life like her dad. She could fit into each category easily.

Barbara and Jess went as well, however they stayed behind their kids because, they went slow and the 'youngters' were able to keep up regularly.

Lindsey still watched Stevie and made sure she was okay because, he didn't want her over working herself before the tour.

"Lindsey, I promise you, I'm fine. If I get tired, I will let you know," she chuckled as she placed her hand on his shoulder.

"You say that now, but then you're going to be hurting later."

"Honey, I'm pregnant, I'm gonna be hurting for the next eight months," she assured.

"Then, why over do it?"

Stevie rolled her eyes and turned around to go meet her parents whom weren't too far behind.

"Where are you going?" he asked stopping as he saw her walk away in the other direction.

"See, how my mom and dad are doing," she semi yelled.

"Steph?"

"Just leave her be, if said she's fine," Ameera urges.

"Yeah, but-"

"Dad?" Ameera semi shouts and he looks at her.

"Okay, okay. Fine, I'll leave her alone," he says, sounding defeated.

Ameera chuckled.

"Anyway, so are you gonna be good here?" Lindsey asked as he wrapped an arm around his daughter.

"Yeah," she nodded with her head down a little.

"You don't seem to keen," he takes in her expression.

"Well, it's just that I've gotten so used to having An- Osmond around me, that I feel sort of alone and then you guys are going to be gone."

"I'm sorry, honey," he kisses her temple. Lindsey was starting to figure out that his daughter really needed Osmond and he sort of felt bad they'd be away from each other.

"It's fine. I mean, I love it here and I love that I'll be with grandma and grandpa, but I prefer being home, now."

"Now?" he questioned.

"Yeah," she shrugged. Things were really different now that she had Osmond. Before, when she would come to Arizona she looked forward to seeing some of her friends and now she didn't even feel like seeing them. None of them would understand how deep in love she was in, at her age and explaining it would be a whole other story, so for now she'd rather stay home with her grandparents.

"Well, we'll be home before you know it."

"I know, you always are."

"Anyway, how have you been?" Lindsey wants to get her mind off of them leaving.

She kind of shrugged, "I've been pretty good. This last week has been fun," she answers truthfully.

Meanwhile, Stevie is walking with her parents because, she figured the slower pace would be better.

"What's up?" Jess asked.

"Nothing," she said, believing herself.

"Doesn't seem like nothing," Barbara adds.
