Chapter 28-- A trip for two II (Reminising)

Liam's P.O.V

We got to Dubai safely. Jane did call my parents, and we were able to see the kids including Logan.  After a nap and a good shower, we head out for a date night. Dinner is the plan, since we both couldn't wait to try a recommended restaurant. 

I pulled out the chair for her to sit. "Thank you." She smiled. "You're welcome." I took my sit in front of her.

The chef came to our table himself. He also made his special for us.

"Are you enjoying the meal?" I asked her. "Yes, it taste so amazing. I'm even ignoring how full I am. I'm so greedy for more." She laughed.

"I'm glad you're enjoying yourself. I've gotten you so many gifts, and you have so many things that I ran out of ideas. Which is why I planned this trip for you to relax. And, for us to enjoy just being us once again." I said making her smile. 

"Happy ten years anniversary babe." I added and she smiled again.

"I can't believe it's been ten years since we met, it's insane. We are old." She said laughing. "I know right it's interesting and scary, but also intriguing. We have many more years to go." I said smiling, holding her hands.

She laughed, and I gave her a curious look. "Remember when I used to hate you, like I couldn't bare the site of you. I just hated everything about you. Gosh! I couldn't stand you." She said laughing making me laugh.

"I remember that just like yesterday. Every time I saw you back then, you didn't hide it. You used to give me this weird crazy look. It was scary, to be honest I was scared." I laughed.

"Don't blame me you were a big jerk. Especially, when you first came to Chicago. You just wanted to torture me. You made me do my presentation again, you threatened to fire me. You stalked me, you were crazy. I so remember when you were watching me dance. I was about to murder you when I caught you, it was creepy AF. Now that I think about it, it was kinda hot when you came close to me and my back was against the wall, but still creepy. I didn't know you. It's was never cool. You were just a crazy one my friend." She said reminiscing .

"I was crazy wasn't I. I'm not really proud of those moment, but I guess I just couldn't help but want you. So I was hot uhn?" I asked winking at her.

"I knew it, I knew you would pick up on that. You're still Liam after all. Well, I'm proud of you babe. Of the man you've become, the husband that you are, and the wonderful father that your kids and I wouldn't replace. Everyday I wake up next to you I'm reminded of how blessed I am to have a man like you in my life. You brought me into a world that I could only read about, even with every other things that came with it, I still find it beautiful when I look around and find you in my corner. Even though I'm not perfect you always see perfection in me. You never let me feel any pressure whatsoever. I love you so much Liam Greenwood." She said. I look away for a second not to embarrass myself.

How did I get so lucky.

"I think I should be the one saying that. Jane you are one hell of a fine woman. You know I used to ask myself and those around me, how do you stick with one woman? I never found the right answer until now. How can you not when she's everything you ever hoped for and more. I always look forward to the next day when I'm with you, you gave me the most beautiful kids anyone could ask for. You're just the queen of my world, and I wouldn't change a thing about you. You become more beautiful each day I see you. I can't help but ask, how can she be this great? Words can't explain how much I love you. I pray for ten thousands years with you my darling wife, Jane Greenwood." I smiled. I leaned forward to give her a kiss.

She grinned making me smile ear to ear.

After dinner we head to the elevator.

I couldn't help but stare at her. I guess she felt it because she turned around. "What?" She asked smiling. "Nothing" I replied. There was a minute of silence, but I couldn't hold myself back. 

"Oh fuck it" I said grabbing her. I pushed her back to the wall, and I ravished her mouth. She moaned.

"Liam, we are in the elevator. This is not a private elevator people can walk in anytime, and there is a camera." She said between kisses. "Who cares." I replied trying to find the stop button on the elevator but she stopped me.

"Liam, we only have 14 more floors to go, you'll survive. We can't prevent people from walking in or waste our time making out in the elevator when we have a big space to do it anywhere. I'm also not comfortable with the camera." She said. I could see her evil smile.

"I can still see that evil smile babe" I said smiling. She shrug her shoulders.

We finally got to the penthouse after five hundred years. 

"I love this place, the view here is just amazing." She said standing by the window to watch. "Yeah it is, but I know a better one." I said drawing her close to me ready to kiss her, but she stopped me again.

"Why the rush Mr. Greenwood? We can take our precious time the kids are not around, there is absolutely nothing to be cautious about so why don't we enjoy the moment." She whispered in my ears seductively.

She's gonna drive me crazy. "How about we start from here and continue it in the bedroom" She said going low while she unbuckled my belt, putting a smile on my face.

That's what I'm talking about. It's been a while I saw this Jane, I do miss her.
