Regardless of size, putting your life on hold until you reach that perfect weight, does no one any good.
This will be my collection of poems reflecting on societies obsession with weight and size and the effect this has on us and how we can change...
You are more than enough, I wish that you could see,
You are strong enough, for everything that comes your way.
You are loved enough, by those you can rely on to stay.
I think we could all do with remembering this, often. We are good enough, all of us. As hard as it is to see sometimes, I just wanted to remind you, you are more than good enough.
