Regardless of size, putting your life on hold until you reach that perfect weight, does no one any good.
This will be my collection of poems reflecting on societies obsession with weight and size and the effect this has on us and how we can change...
If you have a weak link, the chain will fall apart. It's the same with yourself, don't let the link be your heart. Build strength from within, let it radiate outwards. An invincible you, is what you will be rewarded.
Again, accepting and loving yourself is the theme here. If you build and work on these, the rewards you will be given, will be infinite! This is something I am still trying to work on everyday. I would be lying if I said that I am winning everyday. Some days my chain is very close to falling apart. However, I mend it and try again the next day, to strengthen myself from within.
