Regardless of size, putting your life on hold until you reach that perfect weight, does no one any good.
This will be my collection of poems reflecting on societies obsession with weight and size and the effect this has on us and how we can change...
I'm not an object for your evaluation. My appearance does not require your scrutinisation. Do not compare me to another, I am unique, so please don't bother. I've spent enough time caring, about what you may think of me, Now the only opinion that matters, is my own, it's in myself I now believe.
So many people will think they have the right to pass judgement or offer opinion on your appearance. Don't let that opinion override your own. Your opinion is what matters. Don't try to change another's opinion, believe in yourself.
