I wish that I could always feel the way I do tonight.
In love with everything I am, feeling I deserve all that I have.
I lay here accepting of who I am, no agenda or conditions.
This is how we all should feel, not in turmoil with our reflections.I know the bubble may soon be burst, my insecurities returned.
An image or comment acts as the needle, deflating all that I adored.
Each day I'll strive to make it stronger, so that the deflation can't occur.
I'll build a stronger wall protection, from all the negative propaganda.Isn't it amazing when we have those moments of clarity, when we are simply happy with who were are? They can sometimes be few and far between (I know this only too well), so embrace them when they do happen. For these moments are how we should feel always. And perhaps by acknowledging and remembering why we feel content, it will help it happen more often.
