Regardless of size, putting your life on hold until you reach that perfect weight, does no one any good.

You shouldn't wear that, because.... You shouldn't do that, because.... You shouldn't say that, because.... Are all statements that give me pause
You should wear whatever you want to, as long as you love yourself enough. You should do whatever makes you happy, as long as another doesn't suffer as a result. You should say whatever is on your mind, as long as it's not to offend or be unkind. In this world of constant judgement, keep your "because" away from me, What I wear, do or say should not be your responsibility.
