Never judge a book by its cover,
Yet its something we all do,
In every aspect of our daily lives,
We initially go by how something looks.Instead we should be teaching,
Greater acceptance of all book covers.
That no two will ever be the same,
It's the individuality of them that matters. So we can carry on with our selection,
Based on what we first see.
I'll just never, ever accept a world,
That decides my cover does not suit me.We are all taught, do not judge a book by its cover. Yet how many of us can honestly say that we do not first of all, go by how something appears to the eyes? It's only natural to do this. However, instead of advising against it, we should encourage greater acceptance of what we see. Acceptance of the differences. We are all unique. All of our covers are different.
