Loki woke to the sound of footsteps, his eyes opened wearily, only to see Laufey. Never before had he been so close to him, it was usually Thor that got to the heart of Jotünheim and confronted this monster.

"Loki? Your life is a lie! Odin is a traitor and a thief!"

No! You're wrong! Don't you EVER speak like that about my father you monster!"

By this time Laufey had clasped his vast hand around loki's weak neck, tears fell as Loki struggled for breath, he wanted to kill Laufey for what he had accused his father of! But figured out that this creature was too strong, he couldn't fight! Not now, not without Thor.

"you know nothing! You are just a boy! You. Loki. Belong here do you understand. You WILL stay here"

"NO! I will never follow such creatures as you!" Loki screamed, his voice coarse and weak as he daunt back tears, realising that this was not a joke, or a hostage; he wouldn't be handed back into the arms of hid brother, not for any amount of money

Laufey stood, towering over his capture. "so be it! How's your leg boy? Perhaps we need to 'break' your spirit yet, no? Well perhaps we must try harder next time"

With this he left, his words burrowed into loki's mind and would not be stirred he was left yet again on the cell floor to drown in sorrow and despair that Thor wasn't coming to save him.
