After Scarlett turned 18 and graduated high school, we ended up finding up where Monica ended up. She moved to New York with Kyce where she became a stripper and Kyce became a drug dealer. Classic, I know. Ethan requested for her to either start paying child support or give up all rights and let Scarlett adopt Carter.
Monica decided to give up rights and Scarlett adopted Carter. Scarlett was ecstatic but swore to never have children of her own, which was fine with Ethan. I wouldn't say that Scarlett replaced Monica but she basically did.
It took Scarlett a while to open up to me. There isn't much to her. She told me that there was not really a reason for her being so shy all the time, that is just the person she is. She has had a pretty easy life. She is a really happy person but she is really shy.
Not a while after that, Ethan asked Scarlett to marry him. She said yes and they decided on a small wedding. Scarlett didn't want it huge and Ethan was okay with that. It was only her family members and our family members. She wore a simple but elegant dress and Ethan wore a simple tux.
However, at the dinner that night, they announced that, in about 6 months, they were expecting a baby. They wanted to keep the gender a secret. Even though Scarlett didn't want a child of her own, she was still excited for the baby to come. She gave birth to a beautiful baby boy that she named Owen.
For Grayson and I, however, we have continued to love each other unconditionally. Grayson loves Meadow with all his heart and he calls us his angels. He went to college to become a police officer, where he passed everything and now works as a local police officer. He seems to love it.
Though it is still hard for me to see him as an officer, I support everything he does. I love and trust him with everything I have. We have talked about having another kid and then I ended up pregnant. We found out that it was going to be another girl, we automatically thought about how Meadow would feel.
When it was safe, we told Meadow about her becoming a big sister. We feared that she would feel left out or wouldn't want the new baby.
We got a different answer. Meadow said, "It bout time. I wanted to be a big girl siser for a wong time." We laughed at her comment. Months later, we had a baby girl. Grayson shouted out the name Addison. We named her Addison Marie.
Meadow and Carter, now turning 4, loved the fact that they both had younger siblings. Meadow and Carter like to say that they are twins. They act like brother and sister. They really have grown up to love each other and become best friends.
Though Grayson and I have had small arguments, nothing huge has happened. It's weird because my love continues to grow for Grayson every day through everything and I thought that I used to love him as much as I could ever love him. It grows more and more every day and with almost everything he does for Meadow and Addison as they grow. It's weird but I can definitely get used to it.
