12- "I have a feeling that I have her number."

Chapter 12

BTS POV

After some time, the fan meet ended and the 7 of us made our way through the corridors of the building to head to the makeup room to get our make up redone for the special meet.

The original plan was that we would do our makeup by ourselves but then the staff came and let us know that it was canceled, knowing it wouldn't work out properly.

There were 3 chairs which meant only 3 members could get their makeup done at one time. So it was decided that Taehyung, Jimin, and Jungkook would go first because they were particular about how they wanted their make up to turn out.

As for Namjoon, Yoongi, Hoseok, and Jin, they just waited until the maknae line were done with their work.

Yoongi pulled out his earphones and started listening to music, while Jin was singing Danger.

Namjoon said out loud, "I saw this one girl at the meeting and I'm positive that we know her. She seemed so strikingly familiar."

"Oh Hyung Hyung Hyung!" Jungkook exclaimed. "Was it a girl wearing a leather jacket and a unicorn shirt inside?" He asked.

Namjoon looked at Jungkook with his eyes wide "Yeah that's it! That's the girl I'm talking about. Have you seen her somewhere?" He asked.

Taehyung who was closing his eyes, trying to take a quick nap, woke up with a start and looked at Namjoon and he was definitely surprised.

"I knew it! I had a gut feeling that I had seen her somewhere and she also took a strange and long look at my black charm." He said excitedly, pointing to his charm on his left wrist.

Jungkook was extremely shaken and screamed, "She even looked at my charm weirdly! Moreover, she said that she was born in New Zealand so do you know what that means?"

For a split second, there was perfect silence, Hoseok speaking to break it. "Guys, you definitely don't think that was Ava right?"

Nobody could say anything. All that they could think about was how crazy that would be, as it had been more than 10 years since they'd seen each other.

"Hold up. I have a feeling that I have her number," Jimin said, leaving the others genuinely surprised.

"Oh god, you still have her number?" Yoongi asked. "I mean definitely not hers. Maybe her moms. Don't ask Hyung, I don't know how it even ended up on my phone," Jimin said while scrolling down through the contacts.

"Okay, I think I got it. Text or call?" Jimin asked.

"Text!" The boys screamed and Jimin agreed.

He typed something for about 5 minutes and hit the send button. The boys continued their discussions and after 30 minutes, they were all done with their makeup and ready to go.

Ava's mom, Heather's POV

I was busy typing up a presentation for the next project, while a message interrupted me. I looked down and saw a random number.

I opened up the message, wondering who it could be.

Hey there Mrs.Heather! I'm positive you don't know who I am. So before telling you the purpose of this message, allow me to introduce myself. I am Park Jimin, your neighbor back in New Zealand. The one who always used to play with your daughter Ava and her cousins Mia and Zoe.
I hope you remember now. And also I'm currently a member of BTS. So today we had a fan meet and all the members of Bangtan are positive that we had seen Ava. But we aren't too sure. It would be a great help if you can ask her and let us know. And it would be a greater help if you can give us her number. Hope you reply ASAP!

As I was reading the message, I couldn't believe that it was cute little Jiminie who had texted me. The last time I saw him was more than 10 years and I was so happy that he found me. Moreover, I was happier at the fact that he was really popular all over the world. That little boy deserved all the happiness in the entire world.

I hated myself for telling Ava, Mia, and Zoe that the boys were bad influences and stopped them from being together.

I typed up a quick message and re-read it to make sure everything was fine.

Oh my lord, Jiminie! I can't believe it's you who just texted me. I hope you are doing just fine and make sure you and the other boys always stay healthy. You guys are doing a great job and I hope that you will continue doing great.
And yes, you guys could have seen Ava because I remember that she earlier texted me about how excited she was to attend your concert. If you wanna directly get in touch, here's her number. 4728******. And again all the best for everything. I love you guys so much. Text back when you guys are free <3

As soon as I finished reading it, I pressed the send button. And then, I forwarded Jimin's message to Ava.

Ava's POV

We left the hall after the meet was done and I was still so excited about how I made conversations with the BTS members. What really bugged me was the black charm that Taehyung and Jungkook were wearing.

I was walking hand in hand with Ethan when I heard a notification from my phone. I saw that it was from mom and wondered why she had texted me when she should be attending her meetings.

I opened the message and my eyes widened and heart raced as I read it.
