Chapter 62
The boys arrive after their performance around 20 minutes later. "How did it go?" Amara asks as they put their mics on the tray. "It was good," Hobi nods, sipping his water.
"Did they tell you to look at only one camera for the entire performance?" Suga asks, sitting next to me. "Yeah, why?"
"Weird," He mutters. "They've never asked us to do this before," I remove my sliders and sit on the couch, cross-legged. "Huh."
Tae ruffles my hair with a bright smile as he walks past me, to get to his bag. "Tsk," I scowl and he sticks his tongue out.
I check the time once again. I wonder why they don't have clocks in this room. 4:09 pm. Hae told us that we need to get changed and all that only by 5.
Having a full hour to spare, I wanted to do something productive. Such as sleeping.
But, not before grabbing a candy bar, that is. I haven't eaten anything for 3 hours. I walk to my bag, that's carelessly laying on the floor, next to all our shoes.
I bend to pick it up when a sharp jolt of pain shoots across my back. I rub it absent-mindedly, not thinking about it too much. I open the zip and dig into my bag.
Charger, earphone, lip balm? Charger again, tissues, candy! With a smile on my face, I pull out the bar. I close my bag again and walk to the couch while ripping apart the wrapper.
Bounty, yum. "Anybody want some?" I loudly ask, taking a bite. "Me!" Joon, Zoe, Jimin, and Hobi exclaim. They each take a small bite and by the time they're done, there's still some more left.
Deciding that one of them will ask for it after some time, I neatly wrap it up and throw it in my bag. Again, as I bend, my spine feels like it's going to break and my abdomen feels weird. I check my phone to see the date.
September 28.
I knew in the blink of an eye, mother nature has come to say hi. Not wanting to walk all the way to the bathroom to confirm it, I do what most girls do.
"Taehyung," He's sitting one of the makeup chairs and spins around when his name is called. "Mm?" He looks up from his phone. "Check if there's anything," I turn around.
"You have a nice ass," My cheeks turn warm. "That's not what I asked," I flatly reply. "Oh," He quickly says.
"Looks like mother nature's here," He mutters. "She is?" I alarmingly ask.
"Yeah," He meets my eye. "Does it hurt?" He rubs his forehead. "A little," I walk back to my bag and get the tampon.
I bought pads too, but while performing, tampons will be more comfortable. I disappointedly walk towards the door when Tae grabs my arm. "I'm not in the mood," I remove his hand.
"Are you sure you want everybody to know you're on your period?" I sigh. "What do you mean?"
"Your jeans are stained," He removes his blue plaid flannel shirt he's wearing, leaving him with a full sleeved back shirt.
"Guys can be perverts sometimes," I mentally scoff. "Sure,"
He throws the shirt and I catch it, tying the shirt around my hips. I slip into the sliders again, walk out the door and only then realize I don't know which way the bathroom is.
I look around for some staff to get help from, when someone snakes their hand around my waist, forcing me to walk with them.
"Taehyung," I airily say. "What a surprise," I notice he has a pair of shorts in his other hand.
