3. February ❀ age 6 

Richie was helping Eddie to load his things to a truck, what the Kaspbraks had rented. Right now they were placing a box to the truck with the text 'eddie's clothes' written with black marker. 

It almost took a month for Sonia and Eddie to get the moving started. It didn't bother Eddie or Richie at ALL. But now the day has come and neither of the boys enjoyed this. 

Richie sighed and looked how Eddie's mother carried the last box to the truck. "Alright eddie bear. That was the last one...say your goodbyes and come to the car then" Sonia said exhusted from carrying the boxes. 

Richie turned his head to his side to prevent Eddie's eyes, only to wipe his eye a bit. 

"Richie?" Eddie spoke up. 

"Yeah, what's up?" Richie faked a smile and turned to Eddie. 

"Are you crying?" eddie asked shyly. 

"What? No! Of course not" Richie chuckled and bit back his tears. 

Eddie stepped closer and let out a sob. "Oh...well I am...and I could use your comfort right now" 

Eddie wrapped his arms around Richie's neck and pressed his head against the crook of Richie's neck. "You don't even know how much I'm going to miss you" Eddie mumbled to Richie. 

The boy with the glasses couldn't hold back his tears, which poured now down from his red cheeks. "Please stop crying eds" 

"Don't c-call me that" Eddie smiled while crying. 

"Oh my god eds, please don't go..." Richie broke down, tears now staining his face. 

Eddie leaned back and looked at Richie's red and teary face. he cupped Richie's cheeks and shook his head. "I'm sorry...I tried to talk mom out of this but she's a solid woman....and please don't cry Rich..." 

Richie nodded, swallowing his tears, not wanting to be weak in front of Eddie. He had to be strong. Strong for Eddie. 

"Eddie bear! Come on now" Sonia honked from the car, making Richie mad. He wanted to scream at her, but decided to swallow the curse words and middle fingers back. 

"I need to go now..." Eddie let go of Richie's cheeks and let out a whimper. 

"We'll see as soon as possible, right?" Richie asked. 

"Yes. I remember your house phone number. I'll call as soon as I can" 

Richie nodded and tapped Eddie's hair a bit. 

Eddie smiled and rose to his tip toes and lightly pressed his lips against Richie's cheek. The older and taller boy flushes red. 

"Bye Rich" 

"B-Bye Eds"

"So...this is it! Isn't in beautiful?" Sonia sighed as she placed a box on the floor. Eddie followed her with his own box.
