In your Arms

Chapter Four

Alexander looked outside the plane's window and stared at the clear blue sky. The dirigible will land within an hour and he'll be arriving soon in his home country.

"Home sweet fuckin' home." he whispered to himself. He rested his head on his seat and tried to massage his temples, he still has a major hangover from his drinking spree the night before he left Japan. He closed his eyes and tried to catch some sleep but it doesn't work. Nothing works to help him sleep off the obnoxious reason why he had to go home and grimaced as he remembers.

He was asleep when he heard continuous knocking on the door of his apartment. He woke up lightheaded and fuzzy, and he could feel his head splitting in half, definitely a hangover.

It took him a few more minutes trying to even sit up from the couch and answer the door. The continuous knocking became a loud banging. He winced as he finally stood up and rubbed the side of his head as if it will relieve the headache he was feeling.

"Coming.." he shouted. "Stop the banging already, damn it.."

He opened the door to see a red-faced middle aged man wearing a white long sleeve polo top and a blue suit, a scowl was evident on the man's face and looked in total rage. Alexander raised his eyebrows and tried to open his eyes.

"Hey, Manager Han.. What's with the slam-banging?" he asked as he grinned. "It's very early you know." he gave his manager a warning finger.

Manager Han roughly pushed the door and entered his apartment, an added expression of disgust is now seen on his face as he scanned the place. It was a mess, furniture's toppled upside down, different kinds of litter from empty beer cans, cigarette butts, chips strewn everywhere and unfortunately, puke in some corners of the apartment. The stench of beer, cigarette smoke, and vomit fills the place.
