"You ready?" Alexander beamed at Amity as she opened her bedroom door, excitement obviously written all over his face. Amity couldn't help not to laugh at his expression.

"I am. Damn you look like a kid." Amity answered him still giggling. Alexander's timing was perfect, she just finished dressing herself up.

Alexander laughed as well. "Well I am a bit childish, I guess you already knew that." He smirked. But the truth is, he's more thrilled of the fact that the two of them will go out.

The two of them left the condo unit around five o'clock in the afternoon and decided to just walk their way to Pixie Park, the newly opened theme park Alexander told Amity the other night. Deep inside Amity is also excited herself since she doesn't go to theme parks that much before, only if her brother Andrei wants to. That's the only time she would go to such place.

From the name of the park itself, Amity realized the whole place really looks enchanted. It's as if they're in a land of fairies, only there's different kinds of rides differing from kiddie rides to extreme ones. But the whole ambiance starting from the trees and the lights, all in all, was magical. Amity marveled herself and was fascinated enough that she couldn't take off that silly smile on her face. Little did she know Alexander had his gaze on her and he finds her cute the way her eyes roam the place.

"Now look who's being a kid." He told her.

Amity gave him a warning look but still smiles, "Shut up." She lightly punched him in the arm. "The place is just so amazing.." Amity looked around again. There were also food kiosks and stalls that sells souvenirs and those where you can play games and win a prize.

"So, what do you wanna ride first?" Alexander asked her.

"There! I wanna ride that thing!" Amity pointed a finger towards the roller coaster. Alexander blinked a few times, and before he could react Amity grabbed his hand and pulled him towards it's direction. It was not until Amity felt that Alexander was resisting a bit. She furrowed her eyebrows and looked at him. "Hey! What's wrong with you?!"

Alexander swallowed and couldn't look at her directly. "I.." He looked at the enormous rings of the roller coaster and couldn't utter a single word. The ride has three loops, and he could now hear the screams of the people riding it. A grin spread across Amity's face, she clearly knew why Alexander acts this way.

"Oooohhh.. Yer scared huh.." She told him. "A badass like you? Scared of riding a roller coaster? How extraordinary." She laughed.

Alexander's eyebrows creased. "No, I'm not!" He answered her defensively. Amity eyed him still grinning.

"Then how come you look so unsure of riding that thing?" Amity teased.

"It's just," Alexander searched for a good excuse. "Well, I thought we should try the other rides first and save this one for last."

"There's a saying that we should live life to the fullest. We should try everything that we think is exciting and never think twice." Amity told him smilingly.

"But there's also a line that says, live fast and die young." Alexander said to her.

Amity laughed loudly. "It's not like we're going to die riding that thing, silly! I mean look! People enjoy the ride! Don't you want to experience it too?" Alexander didn't respond and his hands went clammy. "Funny you want us to go here. Well, if you don't want to ride the coaster I'll ride it by myself. Just wait for me here."

"No!" Alexander gripped her hand tightly and Amity looked at both of their hands. "I-I'll come with you.."

"You sure?" She asked him and he nodded at her, beads of sweat slowly forming on his forehead. Amity wiped it with her free hand and squeezed his hand holding hers. "I'm here don't worry." She smiled at him. They went in line and waited until it was time for them to ride the roller coaster. Amity noticed Alexander was still slightly uncomfortable so she held his hand. "I'll hold your hand during the whole ride. Don't be scared. Just scream your fear away and enjoy the rush." She told him. Alexander smiled at her and somehow, he felt a little less scared by Amity's gesture. The ride was only for a minute but for Alexander it was the longest one minute of his whole life. His knees slightly wobbled as they took off the ride but he held his composure. He was still holding hands with Amity who looks like she's having the time of her life. Somehow her sight made him let out a laugh.

"See? It was fun!" Amity shouted at him.

"So it seems." He shouted back. "Where to next?"

"There!" Amity pointed at another extreme ride, the one that will lift you several feet high and then drop you suddenly. Alexander's eyes widened. "C'mon!" Amity pulls him again and they ran.

"I think I'm going to throw up!" Alexander told her but she just laughed at him.

The two of them rode a few more rides before they decided to eat burritos and linger for awhile at a bench while laughing and talking about just anything. Both of them are really enjoying the time and didn't notice that it was already a bit late. It was Amity who realized it first but before they could head back home she saw a cute unicorn stuff toy in one of those game stalls and asked Alexander if he could get it for her. He willingly did so, and won it as a prize. A corner of his lip twitched into a grin as she held the stuff toy to her chest and the two of them walked their way outside the theme park with smiles on their faces.

"I really had a great time." Amity told Alexander smilingly.

"Well it was pretty obvious." He answered her and Amity smacked him on the arm. "Ow!" Alexander laughed while rubbing the part where she had hit him. Amity pouted her lips and it made him laugh some more. "Seriously though, I'm glad you enjoyed it."

"I did. I really did." A smile played on Amity's lips. "And thanks for this too." She held her stuffed toy to Alexander's face. "I love unicorns."

"You really are a kid you know that?" Alexander told her and she smacked him again, this time on his head. He just laughed.

The two of them walked happily back home teasing and laughing at each other not knowing that a pair of eyes was keenly watching them. It belong to a man inside a black Camaro that slowly follows them a few meters behind. The man took out a cellphone and dialled a number. As soon as the person he intended to call picked up, he muttered three words.

"I've found her."
