Their table is the noisiest one among the other tables inside the coffee shop. Nikolai is also seating with them and the four of them chatted about how their days went. Of course, Nikolai also went overjoyed when they told him they were chosen for Elise Veracruz's art exhibit.

"Feel free to do some paintings on these walls as well, I could use some fresh decorations to attract more costumers." Nikolai told them, "And it has to be free of charge."

"Nothing's free in this world my dear cousin!" Therese protested.

"Well, Nikolai can provide us free coffee every time." Amity joked.

"Don't mind these girls, I'll do it for free." Mikael chimed in. The three of them whistled and said "Whoah" in chorus.

"I like this guy too, Theresey.." Nikolai pointed at Mikael while looking at his cousin, Amity noticed Therese blushed a little.

"I, uh, I have to go to the bathroom." Therese excused herself and hastily stood up and walked towards one of the comfort rooms. Amity followed her.

Once they were a few steps away Amity asked her friend, "What's going on between you and Mikael?"

Therese looked uneasy again, "W-What? There's nothing going on.."

"Oh, Therese.. You're such a bad liar.."

"No I am not!" Therese objected.

"Yes you do. It's pretty obvious."

"Really?" Therese looked at her alarmingly.

"See?! I'm right!" Amity exclaimed.

"Shush!" Therese quieted her. "Okay, okay!" She rolled her eyes. "Mikael and I, we talked when we were waiting for you.. And he uhm, he actually asked me to go out. I just told him we could go here, and that you should come with us too."

"He asked you out? Does he even know your name when he did that?" Amity asked.

Therese looked at her with creased eyebrows, "Yes he does! He even told me my painting's really nice.. And that he had always been throwing stares at me during art class, I just didn't notice it though." Her friend went bashful all of a sudden.

"I see.." Amity muttered, "But why are you blushing eh?" She asked her friend jokingly.

"I am not!"

"Yes you do. You like him?"

"No." Therese rolled her eyes, "But he's kinda cute ya know. He looks a bit like Dave Franco.."

"And you like Dave Franco!" Amity snickered. "But seriously, Mikael seems like a nice guy.. I like him for you."

"Shut it Jordin!" Therese poked her in the arm and they both laughed. The two of them returned to their table afterwards.

They'd stayed at La Belle's until 3 o'clock in the afternoon and then decided that they should go home. As soon as they walked out the door Amity bumped into some girl wearing a yellow boat neck top and a micro mini. The girl also wears dark rimmed eyeglasses and high heels.

"Oh I'm sorry!" Amity exclaimed apologetically. The girl looked at her for a moment and removed her glasses, it was Patty.

"Jordin!" Patty greeted her with a hug and a kiss on the cheek. Therese and Mikael stared at them confusedly.

"Hi Patty, I didn't recognize you. Nice to see you again." Amity told her.

"Me too, Jordin! I am so happy!" Patty exclaimed. "How are you? How's everything?"

"Well, I'm fine.. Everything's fine.." Amity answered with a half smile.

"Eherm!" Therese butted in. Patty and Amity looked at her and Mikael as they smile towards them.

"Uh, yeah, Patty, they're my friends, Therese and Mikael. We go to the same art class." Amity introduced the other two and they shook hands with Patty.

"Nice to meet you guys." Patty smiled at them and the two nodded their heads. They look mesmerized, it's as if they've seen a real life Barbie doll in the form of Patty.

"You alone? Where's your boyfriend?" Amity asked.

"He's home, I'm hanging out with my girlfriends." Patty answered her. "How 'bout you? Heading home already?"

"Yeah, we've already stayed here a couple of hours. Therese's cousin owns this place." Amity told her with a smile and threw an acknowledging look at Therese.

"Really? Wow, that's cool.." Patty responded smilingly looking at her friend.

"Hey Jordin does she know about the art exhibit? You should invite her." Therese suddenly chirped.

"What? Art exhibit? What about it?" Patty asked them with creased eyebrows.

"The three of us did our own paintings and they were chosen to be included in Elise Veracruz's art exhibit this coming Friday at the Bellevue. She's one of the country's famous painters." Therese beamed.

"Wow really?! That's amazing!" Patty looked surprised. "I didn't know you paint! I would love to go to that exhibit! What time will it be?"

"6 o'clock in the evening." Amity answered.

"Okay, I'll be there." Patty winked at her, "I'll check out all of your work." She added with a smile. "Anyway, I have to go inside. Some of my friends are already there so.. See you on Friday?"

The three of them nodded.

"Alrightie! Nice bumpin' into ya Jordin!" Patty waved at them goodbye and went inside.

"Woah. She's so pretty. She's like a life sized Barbie doll.. How did you meet her?" Therese asked her.

"She's Alexander's best friend's girlfriend. She's nice."

"Oh I see.." Therese answered then seemed to recall something. "So she's the mastermind behind the Alexander's-glass-of-water-with-salt prank? Ha ha! I couldn't believe it!"

"Yep, she's the one.." Amity answered with a smirk.

"She doesn't look mischievous to me.. That's so cool.. I like her.." Therese said in admiration. Amity couldn't agree less.

The three of them separated ways as they head home. At least this time, Amity had a smile on her face. She had a very happy day, and she wouldn't let anyone ruin it. That's why she'd decided not to mind Alexander when she gets home.
