Act 8: The Procedure

"And now, the real fun begins..." Said Dr. Nitta.

With Shino being vulnerable and unable to do anything for a few minutes, Dr. Nitta was free to do anything to her.

Dr. Nitta started off by taking another good look at Shino's navel. It was a beautiful, oval-shaped, two-inch deep innie navel. There was a small hole beneath her belly button, which was the mark of her piercing, which Dr. Nitta had just removed.

Dr. Nitta then spread Shino's navel out wide again using his fingers. He observed the inside of Shino's navel, which was full of little folds, all of which converged into a small hole deep inside her navel, which also served as the entry point for the black drug he injected onto Shino.

Dr. Nitta was thoroughly aroused by what he saw.

"Hmm... Such appetizing detail." Said Dr. Nitta, licking his lips. "Maybe I should play around a bit more with this... gorgeous specimen."

Dr. Nitta then proceeded to dip his finger in Shino's deep innie navel. The walls of Shino's innie belly button were soft and silky, which turned on Dr. Nitta even more. He circled his finger around her navel several times, making the otherwise sedated Shino moan several times.

Realizing that fingering wasn't enough, Dr. Nitta decided to move his face over Shino's exposed belly, stick his tongue out and proceed to lick her navel. Dr. Nitta's tongue explored every nook and cranny of Shino's belly button, savoring the unique taste of her navel. The licking went on and on for about 10 minutes.

Shino's phone then rang again. Not wanting any distractions while having his private time with his patient, Dr. Nitta took the phone, opened its back compartment and pulled out the battery, so that it won't ring again.

With no more distractions in his way, Dr. Nitta decided to take things up a notch. He noticed that Shino's moth was wide open and vulnerable. He took his fingers, inserted them onto Shino's mouth and proceeded to pull out her tongue, The sight of Shino's tongue, and all the salive glistening on it, aroused Dr. Nitta even more.

But before he could continue, Dr. Nitta decided to check his surroundings first. He closed all the windows in the building, and turned over the sing near the front door to "Closed". With no one to fool his plans, Dr. Nitta was home free.

Dr. Nitta began his exploits once again. Hewent up to Shino, touched her exposed tongue and decided to take a good lick at it. He then proceeded to suck on Shino's tongue, savoring her flavor, all the while, his right index finger was exploring her navel.

25 minutes had already passed since the injection. At this point, the effects of the drug might wear out. Dr. Nitta did not realize this. He was too busy lusting over his patient.

Dr. Nitta was getting ready to grope Shino with his other hand, but he eventually saw how much time had passed, and eventually let go of Shino in a hurry.

"Gaah, I need to control my sexual impulses next time..." Said Dr. Nitta. "Damn it. Now I have barely have enough time for the other procedure..."

Dr. Nitta then leaves the clinic for a while, perhaps to get his tools. Unbeknownst to him, the black drug's effects had already worn out, and Shino was about to regain consciousness.

"What happened...?" Said Shino.

Shino found out that her shirt was still unbuttoned. While buttoning her shirt, Shino stood up looked around the clinic and saw her piercing and phone on Dr. Nitta's desk. To Shino's surprise, her phone was dismantled, with the back opened up and the battery removed from the back.

Shino grabbed her phone, put the battery back to its compartment and turned on the phone, when she suddenly heard footsteps coming from the room next door. She found a hiding spot underneath Dr. Nitta's desk and eventually snuck herself into the spot.

It was then that Dr. Nitta arrived at his clinic, with all tray of tools for his "procedure", which including several surgery tools, despite not being an accredited surgeon.

He was ready to perform the procedure to Shino. The only problem was Shino herself. Instead of being frustrated, Dr. Nitta was somewhat fascinated.

"Hmm... So the effects have worn out." Said Dr. Nitta.

From the looks of things, Dr. Nitta knew exactly where Shino was hiding. Shino's heart was continuously pounding with fear as Dr. Nitta was getting closer and closer to where she was hiding.

"You can run, but you can't hide~!" Said Dr. Nitta, in a mocking, sing-songy way.

Dr. Nitta then heard a noise from underneath his examination table. Knowing full well of what, or rather, who was making the noise, Dr. Nitta smiled to himself as he went closer and loser to the examination table.

Shino, meanwhile, was starting to panic as Dr. Nitta went closer and closer to her, and proceeded to close her eyes and cover herself. Unbeknownst to Shino, Dr. Nitta was already near the table. Dr. Nitta then proceeded to take a look at the table, and saw Shino underneath.

Dr. Nitta then pulled Shino by the hair, and away from the desk. Shino screamed in pain as she felt her hair being pulled from the scalp by Dr. Nitta.

"Awww, where you going, my little angel?!" Said Dr. Nitta.

Shino then proceeded to hit him by the face with his elbow. The first hit wasn't enough, so Shino hit Dr. Nitta again, this time with much more force. This led to Dr. Nitta falling on the ground, his pair of black shades broken, revealing the cataract in his left eye. He was, in fact, blind in one eye.

Shino tried to run for the exit, but then Dr. Nitta pulled her by her leg and proceeded to drag her away as he was about to stand up. Shino responds by kicking Dr. Nitta in the face. Shino then stand up, and, as panic was getting the best of her, ran for the nearest door she can find.

-Dr. Nitta's Personal Room 3:02 PM-

Inside the room, Shino locked the door and took the nearest chair to jam it in order to keep Dr. Nitta away while she finds a way to escape. It was then that Shino realized what kind of room she went into.

As it turns out, Shino entered the door to Dr. Nitta's personal room, where he keeps most of his stuff including all of his prized possessions, such as his awards, souvenirs, and such.

But there was one particular collection that caught Shino's attention.

"What... is... that...?" Said Shino.

It was a shelf full of what appears to be a belly button collection. That is, skin from the abdomen area, ripped from the skin off of people and preserved with embalming chemicals to serve as some sort of trophy.

Shino was felling a mixture of fear and nausea at what she just saw, when suddenly she heard Dr. Nitta loudly banging at the door. Will this mark her end, or will she find a way to escape?
