Act 7: The Checkup

-Hospital Reception 5:41 PM-

While Shino and her newfound allies are being discharged from the hospital, a shady man was watching their every move from a distance.

He had a bald head and black shades, and wore a white lab coat with a pink shirt and red tie underneath, grey slack and black shoes.

The bald man watched as Shino and friends pay their bills and leave the hospital. As they were about to leave, the bald man throws a business card near their direction before leaving as well

Mayuka picks up the business card and reads its contents.

"Dr. Tetsuharu Nitta: Professional Doctor"

Mayuka simply shrugs it off and puts the card in between her cleavage before moving on.

Along the way, they hear Yuichi and Jun talking about the shady bald man.

"Hey, Jun. Did you see that creepy bald dude in the hospital a while ago?" Said Yuichi.

"Fuck yeah, dude. Just looking at him... Ugh, creepy shit." Jun replied.

"Do you think he's another one of our targets?" Said Yuichi.

"Probably. He has that evil aura, for sure." Jun replied.

While Mayuka kept silent the entire conversation, she can't help but to share their sentiments.

A FEW DAYS LATER

A few days after the incident, Shino had mostly recovered for her injuries, save for a bunch of chronic migraines. For this exact reason, Shino plans to see a doctor.

The problem is, her doctor is currently unavailable. So Shino decides to ask her girlfriend Mayuka if she knows any others.

-Hideout 9:10 AM-

Shino decides to make a call to Mayuka, which Mayuka eventually answers.

"Mayu?" Said Shino.

"Oh, hey Shino!" Mayuka replied. "How's your recovery?"

"Well, that's the reason I called you. I still get chronic migraines and don't know what to do." Said Shino. "My doctor's unavailable right now, so I don't know where to go to."

"Oh, wait, Mayu. There was that business card you got from the hospital, right?" Shino continued. "Can you tell the name that's written on it?"

"Are you sure about that, Shino? I have a bad feeling about this..." Mayuka replied.

"Well, what choice do I have?" Said Shino.

"I guess you have a point then." Mayuka replied. "Anyways, his name is Dr. Tetsuharu Nitta and apparently his private clinic is near the town square."

"Got it. Thanks for the help, Mayu." Said Shino. "Love you, bye~."

Shino then hangs up and thinks about what Mayuka just said.

"Hmm.. Should I take Mayuka's advice and stay away from this guy?" Shino thought. "Or should I take the risks and consult him?"

After a while of thinking, Shino decided to just consult Dr. Nitta.

-Town Square 2:11 PM-

After lunch break, Shino then went to the town square to look for Dr. Nitta's clinic, but could not find it anywhere.

She searched high and low for the clinic until, an hour later, she found it in a place she least expected: a back alley.

Clearly, there was something shady going on.

-Dr. Nitta's Reception 2:12 PM-

Shino decided to enter the door to Dr. Nitta's Clinic, and found a reception room with no people. No waiting patients, no receptionist. Just a bench, a pair of old magazines on a coffee table and a door to the clinic.

Shino was starting to regret her trip to the clinic, and wanted to escape, when Dr. Nitta eventually appeared out of the clinic door, who turned out to be the same bald man from the hospital. His bald head and dark shades were enough to make Shino even more uneasy.

"Ahh, you must be a new patient." Said Dr. Nitta. "Haven't been seeing them in a while..."

"Umm... Yes..." Shino replied. "My name is Shino Sato, by the way..."

"Dr. Tetsuharu Nitta. Said Dr. Nitta. "Come, let's go to my clinic, so you can tell me all about your ailments."

-Dr Nitta's Clinic 2:15 PM

Dr. Nitta then led Shino to his clinic. A rather standard looking clinic, with commonplace medical paraphernalia, as well as plaques of his medical licenses and awards. This was not enough to convince Shino, though, as she felt even more uneasy than before.

Shino was then instructed to sit on the examination table and take off her purple hoodie to begin the checkup. At first, the checkup went on smoothly, with Dr. Nitta checking Shino's throat and heartbeat. Until she was about to be given an injection.

Not only was the injection unnecessary, but the liquid in Dr. Nitta's syringe looked... quite peculiar. It appeared to be a rather thick, jet-black substance.

It was unclear what exactly this black sludgy substance is, but what is clear is that Shino wanted nothing of it.

"Umm, Dr. Nitta." Said Shino. "Are you sure that I need this injection...?"

"It's just a simple vaccine. No need to be rather queasy about it..." Dr. Nitta replied. "Now, open up your shirt."

"What?!" Said Shino.

"Just shut up and follow my orders." Dr. Nitta replied.

Despite hesitation, Shino had no choice but to follow Dr. Nitta's orders. Shino unties her ribbon tie and opens up her shirt, revealing her abdomen. Her black bra and innie navel fully exposed in front of Dr. Nitta.

It was then at that time when Shino's phone began to ring. However, her phone was in the pockets of her hoodie.

"Umm, Dr. Nitta... Can I fetch my phone?" Said Shino.

"NO. Stay there." Dr. Nitta replied, rather angrily.

Shino then decided to stay silent as Dr. Nitta took time to remove the piercings on Shino's deep innie belly button before taking a good look inside.

Dr. Nitta then spread his fingers on Shino's navel, allowing him to see all the pretty little details inside it, including a hole that leads deeper into her body. The somewhat orgasmic feeling of someone touching her belly button made Shino moan.

Dr. Nitta then proceeded to stick the syringe onto the hole in Shino's navel, eventually the black liquid inside her. It was then when Shino began to feel a strange feeling all over her body, as if she was losing control of it.

It turns out that the black substance was in fact a dangerous concoction with effects akin to that of a date rape drug.

"Wh... What's happening... to me...?" Said Shino. "Doctor... what did you...?"

"It's just a side effects of the vaccine." Dr. Nitta replied. "Don't worry. It'll wear out in a few minutes."

Inside Shino, the concoction travelled through a small nerve located beneath Shino's navel and shot through her brain in an instant, numbing her thoughts and rational thinking, leading to her being vulnerable to other's requests.

Before her vision began to go all blurry, Shino saw that Dr. Nitta had the same purple collar as hers, meaning he was indeed another participant.

"I... knew it..." Said Shino.

She was about to take action, before the drug's effects proceeded to kick in and she loses all control of herself.

"And now, the real fun begins..." Said Dr. Nitta.
