Act 62: The Plan

"The one and only thing that the boss wants before he dies... is to witness the White Lions' demise." Said Ren. "And I think I found a perfect opportunity for that."

"Check these out." Ren continued, as he hands over a bunch of envelopes to the three youngsters: Shino, Jun and Yuichi.

"What're these for?" Yuichi replied.

"See, there's gonna be this huge gala night for the little princess' birthday this coming month." Said Ren  "And I want the three of you to join us in crashing that party, so we can get that golden opportunity... and murder Evelyn Lau."

"So, what do you think?" Ren continued.

Shino, Jun and Yuichi thought hard about whether or not they should accept Ren's offer or not.

Suddenly, Shino

"Wait..." Said Shino.

"What is it?" Ren replied.

"What about our friend?" Said Shino. "She got kidnapped by Lau and her goons as well!"

"Do I look like I care?" Ren replied. "She'd probably be dead by no-"

"Talk shit about her one more time and I'll leave this vehicle right away." Said Yuichi. "You wouldn't want that, now would you?"

Obviously, Ren didn't want to lose his greatest asset. So, as soon as Yuichi said those words, Ren changed his mind.

"Fine... I promise to rescue your fried from her clutches as well." Said Ren. "If that's what you guys want..."

"You don't seem to be too enthusiastic about it, though..." Yuichi replied.

"You're really testing my patience, aren't you, ya little snot-nosed punk?!" Said Ren. "Do keep in mind that I'M the reason why you're here in the first place."

"If it weren't for me, you and your friends would still be spending time in jail!" Ren continued. "I swear, if you disrespect me one more time, I will call the boss to send some of his goons and-"

"Well? It's your loss, either way." Yuichi continued.

Ren can't believe that he got silenced by a mere "kid", let alone twice in a row. He was slowly losing patience, and really wanted to teach him a lesson.

However, being that said "kid" is an important asset, Ren took a deep breath and decided to just let it slide, so as to avoid making the tension grow.

"Now, where was I? Oh, right." Said Ren. "The little princess' birthday will be taking place in a few weeks."

"And so we, the Red Lions decided to give her a birthday surprise she won't forget." Ren continued.

Nobody else answered. Ren groans.

"Look, all I'm trying to say is... we're gonna invade the birthday party... okay?!" Said Ren. "The three of you, plus me, and a bunch of the boss' goons disguising themselves as partygoers."

"Those invitations that I handed to you? Those are forged replicas." Ren continued. "We made dozens of these for each and every one of us, so we can get in with no problem."

"Once the right time passes, we then reveal themselves and shoot the place down." Ren continued.

"What if they find out that these are forged?" Yuichi continued.

"Then we open fire on the spot. In the meantime, you run in amidst the chaos." Said Ren. "And once you catch a glimpse of Evelyn, never let her get away."

"Once you catch her, you can pretty much... do anything with her." Ren continued. "You can go buck wild, do whatever you want. But make sure to leave her dead."
