Act 70: The Revenge

As Yuichi and Evelyn stare at each other after getting up from a huge attack a few moments ago, both of them think about the battle that they had gotten themselves into.

To Yuichi, it's an all-or-nothing battle to seek the revenge that he was longing for.

To Evelyn, it's nothing more than another opportunity to dispatch an obstacle in her way. An obstacle she has to dispatch to prove her worthiness to her Daddy.

After an intense staredown that lasted for several minutes, Yuichi and Evelyn eventually run toward each other as they proceed to engage into an all-out battle.

Evelyn starts off with a flurry of kicks, which Yuichi proceeds to block with hos bare hands. Yuichi then quickly retaliates with a punch, which Evelyn then proceeds to catch. Evelyn takes advantage of this and quickly hits Yuichi with a knee to the midsection, before kicking him in the head with a quick roundhouse, sending him flying toward the other side of the room.

Evelyn walks Yuichi, who was still trying to get up from Evelyn's attack, and proceeds to taunt him.

"Is that your full strength, Onodera?!" Said Evelyn. "Hah! If your sister were still alive, she'd probably look at you in disgust!"

Just hearing these words was able to intensify the fire set the already furious Yuichi off even further.

"DON'T YOU EVER... TALK SHIT ABOUT MY SISTER!" Shouted Yuichi.

Yuichi charges after and proceeds to take Eyelyn down. He then gets up to the mount position and punches her a few times, before extending his arms to strangle her.

Evelyn struggle to let go of Yuichi's grasp. She hits him with her elbow a few times, until she was able to let go. The two of them then slowly stand up from the attack, when suddenly...

Yuichi proceeds to ram Evelyn once again, though this time, he opted to pin her at the nearby desk. He then takes a ballpen from the nearby cup holder and proceeds to stab Evelyn's hand in place with it. Later on, he does the same with her other hand, effectively pinning Evelyn to that spot.

Yuichi then walks away within Evelyn's vicinity for a while, before going near one of the walls and pulling out one of the decorations that was adorning it: a jian sword. He then returns with the jian sword at hand.

Yuichi did not know how to use a jian sword, but he did not care. All he wanted was to kill Evelyn with it. He takes the jian sword and proceeded to continually slash her with it, tearing through her clothes and flesh with every slash.

Yuichi was about to finish Evelyn off by beheading her, when he was suddenly kicked hard right on the family jewels by Evelyn, causing him to drop his jian sword and scream out in immense pain. This was her chance, Evelyn thought.

Evelyn forcibly removed the ballpens stabbed on her hands, and, as soon as they were free, grabs the jian sword that Yuichi had dropped, enduring the pain in her palms, and attempts to slash Yuichi with it.

However, Yuichi evades the attack and suddenly grabs Evelyn by the throat. He then brings her to a nearby mirror that was stuck on the wall, and proceeds to crush the mirror with her face.

"JUST FUCKING DIE ALREADY!" Shouted Yuichi, in sheer anger.

He proceeds to smash her head into the mirror several more times, before eventually switching to smother her face through the broken glass, effectively disfiguring her face.

After a while, Yuichi then throws Evelyn down to the ground. As Evelyn was slowly crawling away from Yuichi, he took a particularly long shard of glass and proceeded to make a long slash on her back with it, exposing her spinal cord. Yuichi then tramples on Evelyn at full force, crushing her spine and immobilizing her completely.

He then turns Evelyn, who, at this point is barely alive, face up, puts himself in a mount position again and proceeds to push his thumbs on her eye sockets to gouge out her eyeballs. Eventually, Yuichi successfully gouges out Evelyn's eyeballs, splattering blood all over the place and leaving a lifeless Evelyn with bloody holes where her eyes should be.

Still unsatisfied even after all through the torture that he put Evelyn through, Yuichi stands up from the mount position and decides to put end to it all as he attempts to pull down the large bookcase that was beside them.

It took a lot of force, but eventually, he was able to bring the bookcase down. The nearly 7 feet tall bookcase proceeded to crash down on the supine Evelyn, who simply laid there, lifeless, as she was about to get crushed.

[music stops]

Eventually, all the combined weight of the wooden bookcase and the books inside it crashed down on Evelyn's lifeless corpse, burying her in between a pile of books and pieces of the now-broken bookcase. With a keen eye, one can see a small fly escaping through the broken pile where Evelyn's corpse lies.

Evelyn Lau... is no more.

After the battle, Yuichi knelt down out of exhaustion. He then looks at his hands, and saw that they were covered in blood.

"I... I did it..." Said Yuichi. 'I killed... Evelyn..."

"I exacted my revenge... a revenge that I've waited so long..." Yuichi continued. "... And now... Yukari can rest easy..."

"But... how come I feel... empty...?" Yuichi continued. "How come I... feel like I have my life has... no purpose anymore...?"

"I don't... understand..." Yuichi continued, as tears began flowing down his face. "I've waited... so long... for this opportunity..."

"Yet... once I killed Evelyn... once I took my revenge..." Yuichi continued, in between sobs. "I felt like... I lost a huge part of me... in the process..."

"Why...? I just don't... understand it...!" Yuichi continued.

As Yuichi was in the middle of reflecting on what he just did, a familiar voice boomed out behind him.

"There you are..." Said a familiar voice.
