Act 40: The Weekend

"Yuichi...?" Said Shino.

"Yep! He said that he wanted to spend some time with you for a while." Mayuka replied. "Don't worry, once the midterms are over, it's guaranteed two of us the next time!"

"But..." Said Shino.

"Shino, it's just one weekend, okay?" Mayuka replied. "Well, I'm off to class for now. Bye!"

"Okay... Good luck, Mayu. Bye~." Said Shino.

Shino then hangs up the phone, and as soon as the call had ended, proceeds to check the e-mail that Yuichi had sent.

It read:

"Subject: ------

Yo."

Shino let out a shy chuckle.

"That's Yuichi for you." Shino thought. "As blunt as always..."

Shino decides to send in a reply to him.

"Subject: Re:------

Lemme guess, Mayuka told you about paying me a visit, right? www (´ ∀ ' *)"

After a few minutes, Yuichi eventually replied.

"Subject: Re:------

Yeah, yeah. Whatever. So, are you okay about it?

And stop using kaomoji. Just the sight of them makes me wanna puke."

Shino lets out a long sigh.

"He really needs some lessons in kindness..." Said Shino.

Shino then types out her reply, before eventually sending it to Yuichi.

"Subject: Re:------

I'm fine with it, I guess. Let's go to the nearby shopping district.

Please stop being such a sourpuss (-_-)"

It took another few minutes before Yuichi eventually replied with.

"Subject: Re:------

Sure, whatever, you want. Shopping District it is.

Don't be a bother tomorrow, okay?"

From the looks of things, Shino was clearly not amused by Yuichi's reply.

"This guy..." Said Shino, as she lets out a sigh. "Does he really want to be with me? Or does he...?"

Suddenly, Shino's face began to blush bright pink, as she rolls over the bed onto a supine position, kicking her feet around like a fish while covering her face with a pillow.

"AHHHHHHHHH! NO!! DAMMMIT!!!" Said Shino. "My heart only belongs to Mayu! There's now way he could-"

Upon thinking more about Yuichi, her heartbeat grows faster, causing her to blush even more, to the point that she's practically red-faced.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! This is all your fault, Mayu!" Said Shino. "Stupid, stupid, stupid! Stupid, stupid...!

THE NEXT DAY

-Shopping District 10:11 PM-

Come the next day, Shino was waiting for Yuichi to arrive at the meeting place: the shopping district.

For today, Shino's outfit of the day consisted of a black short cropped shirt with a "punk-ish" motif consisting of pink broken hearts and white skull-&-crossbones, over a black long-sleeve jacket that she wears unzipped, a red scarf, a dark denim skirt, black knee-length socks and red sneakers.
