Act 16: The Sister

Ozawa Bar & Drink, a small tavern located in the outskirts of Tokyo, known for its quality booze and great service. Owned by Mr. Shun Ozawa from scratch, the humble little tavern has served as his home for its over 20 years in existence.

Ozawa Bar & Drink also acts as the secret hideout where the wanted criminal Jun Katsuragi, and her "sidekick" of sorts, Yuichi Onodera, reside.

Mr. Ozawa raised Jun ever since she was 6 years old, when her mother Kurumi passed away. Since then, he took care of Jun as if he was her own daughter. When Jun took Yuichi to his custody, he took care of him the same way.

SATURDAY

-Ozawa Bar & Drink 8:32 AM-

It was a Saturday morning at Ozawa Bar & Drink. The bar is yet to be opened, but Yuichi and Jun are already cleaning up the place, after a particularly violent
bar brawl that took place last night.

"Man, this place is a mess!" Said Yuichi. "That brawl from yesterday must have been an incredibly brutal one."

"You tell me. I was there. I saw it with my own eyes." Jun replied. "Those motherfuckers fought like wild animals!"

"Chaos everywhere, beer bottles flying all over the place..." Jun continued. "Shit was complete fucking pandemonium last night, I tell you."

"I swear, can't those patrons do anything better than beat each other's faces in?" Said Yuichi.

"The effects of alcohol, Yuichi." Jun replied. "Drink too much and it'll turn you into a fucking monster."

While Yuichi and Jun are cleaning up stuff, Yuichi finds a white, nugget-like thing on the ground. Upon closer inspection, it turned out that it was a tooth, presumably from one of the patrons who participated in the brawl last night.

"The fuck is this tooth doing here?" Said Yuichi.

"Oh, hey! A perfect replacement!" Jun replied. "Ahahahahaha!"

Yuichi has a missing tooth, which he lost after a "certain incident". Long story short, he hates it when people make fun of it. Jun is no exception.

Triggered by Jun's little joke, Yuichi walks over to her and proceeds to hold her by the collar.

"Don't you dare make fun of my missing tooth... Understand?!" Said Yuichi.

"For fucks sake, Yuichi. It was just a joke." Jun replied. "God, you're so fucking thin-skinned."

Yuichi slowly release his grip, his anger subsiding, turning into sadness.

"Just... please just leave me alone..." Said Yuichi. "I need some time for myself..."

Yuichi silently walks toward one of the seats in the counter, looking somewhat depressed. Jun knows that Yuichi isn't in the best mood right now, and decides to leave Yuichi alone for now, as he requested.

-Smoking Area 8:44 AM-

Most Japanese establishments have a dedicated area for smoking, so that non-smokers wouldn't be harmed by the side effects of second-hand smoke. Jun herself is an avid smoker, by way of vaping, and thus, usually spends some time in the bar's smoking area.

As Jun was busy vaping, she can't seem to get her mind off of Yuichi and his problems.

"There's definitely something bothering the little guy today..." Jun thought. "Maybe I should go ask him..."

-Ozawa Bar & Drink 8:48 PM-

After finishing her vape, Jun walks toward the counter to talk to Yuichi.
