Act 28: The Sentiments

Jun was shocked to see that Anna was right there in the shopping district as well.

Jun rubs her eyes to see if it was just an illusion. When she opened her eyes, she saw that Anna was gone.

"Huh. That was fucking strange." Said Jun.

Unbeknownst to Jun, Anna simply hid behind a post so Jun could not see her.

"That was close..." Anna thought. "I hope she isn't angry at me anymore..."

"Now, where was I...?" Anna continued. "Oh, right. Ahaha. Food."

Anna then walks out of the alleyway and continues toward her destination: the nearby Luigi's.

But before she could enter, Anna suddenly felt a somewhat odd sensation.

"Y'know, I feel like... somebody's watching me." Said Anna. "I had the same sensation yesterday. Could it be..."

Anna ponders about for a while, before shrugging the feeling off.

"Eh, happens all the time." Said Anna.

Anna then enters the door to the Luigi's. Behind her, was a shadow. The shadow of an entity who seemingly watches her every move. The shadow continues to lurk, and watch over Anna's every move from afar.

-Luigi's Pizza & Pasta 10:03 AM-

Despite the best that she could, and even after entering a relatively crowded pizzeria chain, Anna still can't shake off the feeling that she was being watched. While waiting in line for the counter, Anna looked behind her both ways.

She kept on looking around until she reached the counter, when a voice suddenly spoke.

"May I take your order, miss?" Said a voice.

Anna was startled by the cashier's voice. She then sets her focus on the cashier: a young man with androgynous features. According to his nametag, his name was "Rai".

"Oh, hey there, miss!" Said Anna.

"I'm a boy, Ma'am..." Rai replied.

"Eh? Really? No way! You look so feminine!" Said Anna.

Rai sighs.

"May I take your order...?" Said Rai.

"Oh, right. Umm... Uhh..." Anna replied, as she takes a look at the menu above.

Luigi's being a restaurant centered around Italian cuisine, there were a lot of pizza and pasta dishes to choose from, that Anna took a while to choose. Eventually, she decided on the Budget Bundle #2: a small personal pizza and soft drink combo.

"I'll take a... Budget Bundle #2." Said Anna. "Hawaiian, please."

"And the drink?" Rai replied.

"Hmm... some iced tea would do." Said Anna.

"Thank you, miss. Please take your seat while we prepare your meal." Rai replied.

Anna then takes her seat near the window. While waiting for her meal, Anna thinks about what unfolded last night.

"Is Jun... still mad at me?" Anna thought. "Should I go ask her... or should I just wait for her to make up her mind...?"

"I really wanted to apologize to her... I really do..." Anna continued. "But something inside me tells me that I shouldn't..."

"What can I do...?" Anna continued. "I found myself a new friend... only to get myself rejected over some simple misundersta-"

Suddenly, Anna's thoughts were interrupted by...
