Act 15: The Craving

-Hayami Basement 8:46 PM-

After hours of being incapacitated. Mayuka wakes up in what appears to be a secret basement compartment. She was tied onto a single pipe using a pair of rusty handcuffs.

The first thing she saw was Issei, who appears to be sharpening a butcher knife. He then notices that Mayuka was awake, and goes over to talk to her.

"Oh, so you're finally awake, my darling Mayuka." Said Issei.

"What is the meaning of this, Issei?" Mayuka replied. "Why am I tied up?"

"Oh, that? That's just some... security measures that I did." Said Issei. "So that you won't be able to escape after I... satisfy my urges... urges to slaughter you alive!"

Mayuka's eyes widened from the revelation.

"Yes, I admit it. I AM a cannibal. I KILLED Mitsuko Asanuma, just to consume her flesh." Said Issei. "But... you already know that, am I right?"

"My cravings for human flesh... it's a little fetish of mine. A fetish that I didn't discover until recently." Issei continued. "How recently, you might ask? Just a couple of months ago."

"And it's all thanks to her... to Mitsuko." Issei continued. "She made me realize what my fetish is exactly."

"It all started a few months ago. After two months' worth of dating her, I took her to my house. And then... something came into my mind. What does a girl taste like?" Issei continued. "So I grabbed a butcher knife, cut and chopped her into pieces, fried and ate her insides, and drank her brain matter..."

"Hearing her cries of pain and anguish as I tear through her with that butcher knife..." Issei continued. "And then, the taste of her, her brain matter... her heart... her intestines... It turns me on!"

Mayuka was shocked by Issei's revelations, and how he looks quite disturbed while describing his dark fetish to her.

"Now, logically, I would be slaughtering you while you were asleep. But personally, I prefer slaughtering my victims while they're alive and awake." Said Issei. "Hearing their arousing screams of pain, as I chop them limb by limb is my biggest turn-on!"

"Now, what should I do first once I get finished with you? Hmm, maybe I should... fry your intestines to a crisp? Or maybe, make a nice stew using your heart?" Issei continued. "Or how about I take a long gulp of that tasty brain matter of yours to quench my thirst from all the work I did?"

"Ahaha! Ahahaha! Ahahahahaha!" Issei continued. "Ohh, just thinking about it is giving me all sorts of feelings!"

"Now, enough talking and let's get started, shall we?" Said Issei.

Issei then walks over to Mayuka and proceeds to release her from her handcuffs to bring her to the nearby table. This was Mayuka's chance.

Mayuka proceeds to step on Issei's foot, which made him scream in pain. She then follows it up with a quick elbow to the face to knock Issei down. She then proceeds to run to the ground floor to get a breather, as well as a weapon of her own.

-Hayami Kitchen 8:59 PM-

Upon arriving to the ground floor, Mayuka arrives at the kitchen. The first thing she did was to take her trusty razor blade from her uniform so she could use it to defend herself.

Suddenly, Issei burst out the basement door and rushed after Mayuka with his butcher knife on his right hand. Issei was about to strike, when Mayuka kicks him in the gut, which sent him to the corner. She was about to come close when Issei launched both his feet squarely on Mayuka's abdomen to push her away.
