Act 65: The Rescue

While Yuichi opted to go with Ren Hong and invade the While Lion triad's gala night at the Kai-En-Tai bar. Jun and Shino decided that they should save Shino instead.

-Hideout Garage 3:08 PM-

The two of them went to Jun's personal garage to start up Jun's trusty motorcycle Ashura to ride to the address that was specified by Ren himself. Before they leave, Shino starts to feel some doubts.

"Umm... Jun?" Said Shino.

"What is it, Shino?" Jun replied.

"Don't you think it's... kinda shady for Ren to just give us the address to where Mayuka is right away?" Said Shino.

"Hmm.. now that I think about it. Yeah, you have a point." Jun replied. "Seems really fucking shady of him."

"W-What if it's just a trap?!" Said Shino.

"Well... we wouldn't know unless we try, am I right?" Jun replied. "Still, don't worry. You're by my side. And I assure you, you'll be o-fucking-kay under my care."

"What about you?" Said Shino.

"Eh. I've been through worse times." Jun replied. "If you've encountered hat absolute fucking bastard of a police chief Kyukichi, as well as his many sick, twisted shit-eating cronies... then a pair of warring Chinese mobster groups sounds a bit less threatening in comparison, don't you think?"

"Well, if you put it that way..." Said Shino.

At this point, Jun starts up Ashura. She then hops in and calls Shino.

"Well, we don't have much time." Said Jun. "Let's roll!"

"OK." Shino replied.

Shino then hops onto Jun's motorcycle as they go to the address specified by Ren, in hopes that they would be able to save Mayuka.

-Abandoned Warehouse 4:19 PM-

Shino and Jun eventually arrived at their destination: an abandoned warehouse located near the outskirts of town.

"We're here." Said Jun.

Jun proceeds to stop the engines of her motorcycle as she hops off, after which Shino follows suit.

"So... this is the place?" Said Shino.

"Well, this is where Ren told us." Jun replied. "Oh, and be careful. There might be a bunch of those Triad fuckers inside."

"OK..." Said Shino.

While walking around, Jun found a pair of 2x2 wooden planks lying around.

"Here, take this." Said Jun, as she tosses one of the planks over to Shino. "You'll be needing it."

"... I already have my scissors with me." Shino replied.

"Just fucking take it." Said Jun. "Better to be safe than sorry, y'know."

"Fine..." Shino replied.

Shino took the 2x2 with her as the two of them proceeded to walk closer to the warehouse.

Eventually, they come across the warehouse door, only to find that the door has been locked by three sets of padlocks.

"Fuck! It's locked." Said Jun.

"What are we gonna do now?" Shino replied.

"Keep still. Let me handle this!" Said Jun.

Jun then takes her 2x2, holds it with one hand on the upper part and another at the bottom, and starts smashing the padlocks with the bottom of the plank.
