Act 47: The Hacker

-Luigi's Pasta n' Pizza 12:08 PM-

Yuichi wakes up from his short nap. His nap lasted for a mere 13 minutes, but to him, it was more than enough to regain some of his lost energy.

He then gets up and looks at his smartphone, when he notices something... strange about it.

Instead of his usual wallpaper of Shino smiling, his phone displayed a bloody, evil-looking skull staring right in front of him, alongside the flashing text "Bloodskull lives!" below it.

Yuichi was startled at what what he saw that he dropped his phone onto the table, after which he saw girl staring in front of him. She was a bit on the chubby side, but admittedly is still quite easy on the eyes.

The girl had red hair tied in a pair of spiky pigtails and black eyes. She wore a black turtleneck sweater that's a bit too small for her, revealing a small portion of her midriff, with the same bloody skull design as the one on Yuichi's phone, khaki cargo pants and black sneakers. She also wore a pair of red rimmed glasses.

"Rise and shine, handsome." Said the girl, an air of mischievousness audible in her voice.

"... Who the hell are you?" Yuichi replied.

"Name's Kyoko Nazuka, a.k.a. Bloodskull. Self-proclaimed professional hacker." Said the girl. "I heard you're a friend of Shino, so I'm here to help."

"So you're the friend that Mayuka was talking about..." Yuichi replied.

"Yep. I knew Shino from the hackers' forum that I was an admin of." Said Kyoko. "She's actually a really nice and polite girl."

"Wow, didn't know that she has an interest with hacking..." Yuichi replied.

"Anyways, I heard you got some business you need to deal with." Said Kyoko.

"Shino and her friends, actually. I was just helping them out." Yuichi replied.

"I see, I see. And so I'm here to help!" Said Kyoko. "I don't mean to brag, but I'm a professional hacker with an IQ of 170."

"Here's a secret: did you know that in my lifetime, I managed to hacked through over 70 websites and accounts just for fun?" Kyoko continued. "And get this, only once did I get caught!"

"Ohh... that's amazing." Yuichi replied.

"However, we can't talk much about it here or else... y'know." Said Kyoko.

"Oh, yeah. Right." Yuichi replied.

"How'd you like to go to my place?" Said Kyoko. "After all, I'm more comfortable operating in my own private space."

"S-Sure, why not?" Yuichi replied. "But, before all that..."

"What is it?" Said Kyoko.

Yuichi pulls out his phone, still displaying the Bloodskull icon.

"... How about fixing my phone first?" Said Yuichi.

"Huh?" Kyoko replied.

"You're a professional, right?" Said Yuichi. "Stuff like this should be a cakewalk to you."

"Oh... Ahaha!" Kyoko replied, as she takes Yuichi's smartphone. "Wait a minute, let me just..."

Kyoko fiddled around with Yuichi's phone for a while, trying to find a way to fix it. Eventually, she decides to ask Yuichi.

"Would you like me to factory reset your phone?" Said Kyoko. "The virus will be cleared, but all your files will be deleted."

"What?! Hell no!" Yuichi replied. "I got important stuff in there!"
