Chapter 31: Who Was VS Who Is

Jungkook's POV

We got into the other room and sat down on the only thing the room had. Boxes. "What a nice, secure place you got here." Y/N says. "What do you do for protection?" She asks Xander. In all honesty, I stop caring for him after he left us 2 years ago.

"We have men that go on watch and we also have electric fences we turn on at night." Y/N nods her head while I show no signs of caring. "This place gives us all a second chance." I roll my eyes at what he said. "So why are you guys here?"

"We are here because of the girl." Y/N says in a serious tone.

"Really? Go on." Xander says sounding intrigued by what Y/N said.

"Well, she is immune." Xander looks shock by what she just said. He soon glares at her. Making me mad. "I've seen her breath on enough spores to kill an entire army. If you don't believe me I can show you." He just nods for her to continue. "I was suppose to give her to the Butterflies, but we found difficulty in finding them. The two ex-Butterfly members don't know where the lab is at."

Xander gets up and starts talking. "I'll give you guys some gear, but I wont help any further." I then began getting more angry.

"Really? After everything we had been through together? You left us for the Butterflies. We were a family and this is how you repay us? We cared for you. Y/N cared for you. She lookes up to you as a brother. She was devastated witg your departure. I am the one who took care of her. Now after two years, we ask for this one favor and you say no? You are not a man." I then turn around and walk back to the door.

"Okay, I'll help." I smile a bit, but keep my back facing him and Y/N. "I'll tell you guys how to get there. Sending you guys in the right direction. And I will also let you guys take our horses."

"Really? Thank you." Y/N says in a happy tone.

"Yeah, thanks." I tell him before I walk out. I am thankful for what he is doing, but I can't help, but remeber when he left us. His departure affected Y/N more then it did to me. She was closer with him than me. He was like a brother to the both of us. But the moment he left, I decided to take care of Y/N better then he ever did. I just never thought I would grow attached to her the way I am now. I need her by my side now. The only problem is that I am not the only one who feels this way I know it.

As I was wandering the building, I soon found myself standing in front of a door. "Well, might as well check it out." I tell myself. When I open the door, I was welcome to a 'dinning room' type of place. My eyes caught onto the rest of the guys. "Hey Kookie." Taehyung hyung says. The moment he says that two other heads lift up. My eyes caught onto theirs causing my eyes to widen. They are here. They are the last of us that was needed to complete our miniature family.

A/N: sorry that I haven't updated in 5 days. That may not seem a lot but to me it is. I was working on my finals this week. I have been stressed out bc I am a senior in high school so next week is my graduation🎓. But I also want to talk about BTS and Fake Love. I died. The album is 🔥. Tell me your thoughts!!!
